Every woman bleeds
Because we are growing flowers
From our tiny seeds
Don't whisper behind our backs
When you see stains on our beds
Why do you act as if
There is something wrong in periods
How do some places still have
Tax free condoms but tax on pads ?
Why are boys and men clueless
Even when they become dads ?
Educate your daughters and sons
Taboo is the last thing we need
Shout from the roofs, scream through words
"It's normal for every woman to bleed"
Celebrate, a girl is growing up
She is going to be stronger soon
Its not a curse from hell
But it is nature's boon.
