Trotting along the plains of Faron toward the desert of the west, you couldn't help but glance at your hand every now and then. The illusion, or vision, you witnessed still haunted you. What could've caused such a thing? And why? And that light. That light you produced. It was blinding. But how? Too many questions ran through your head, but luckily your mind wasn't too focused, and you managed to hear someone from behind.

"Heeeey!" They yelled, as if calling from a distance. It sounded like a man. A very exhausted one, at that. You stop your temporary steed and look over. You see a slender mailman running over, wearing a white tank top and shorts with a red hat and flag attached to his back. He had a narrow, slender face, and he himself was very pale. You almost thought he was starving for a minute based on how thin he was. He runs over and stops beside Nayore, panting as he places his hands on his knees to balance himself.

"P-Pardon my... i-interruption," he says, trying to catch his breath, "B-But are you... M-Miss (Y/n), but any chance?"

"Uh... yes?" You answer, slightly confused. "I'M (Y/n). Are... Are you okay?"

"I-I'm fine, Miss!" He says while straightening up. "I-I've just been looking all over Hyrule for you...!"

"Oh...!" You say. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to cause you any trouble!"

The mailman stands straighter, quickly doing a salute with his head held high. "No amount of trouble can stop the Hyrulean Mail Service!"

You give a small giggle, turning yourself so your legs were dangling over one side of Nayore. "Alright. What did you want to find me for?"

With that, the mailman dug through the mailbag on his waist to pull out several letters, all in different styles. "You're quite the popular one, Miss!" He says. "It seems like every region I visited to find you, someone had a letter to deliver to you!"

You look shocked, leaning forward slightly. "R-Really?" You ask, flustered. "Like who?"

"Very important people around the kingdom, it seems!" He says, holding up a tan and slightly torn envelope. "However, these of never heard of. (F/n) and (M/n) of Ridan Village?"

Mom and Dad. You sigh, taking it from him to observe the front. Sure enough, (F/n) and (M/n) (L/n) were written on the front. "My parents," You say softly. Truth be told, you did miss them to some extent. Even if every communication was arguments regarding your path, you still wanted to see them again. At some point.

Next, he pulled out a green and brown envelope. "King and Princess of the Deku!"

You smile, nodding. You went to speak, only to go silent as he continued to dig.

He then holds up a white envelope with a feather seal, "Champion Revali of the Rito."

A red envelope that was crippled at the edges, "Chief Darunia of the Gorons."

A blue and silver envelope with a shell seal, "The Zora Royal Family."

Then a smooth black and red envelope, nicely cared for. It looked good as new, nearly untouched. "And my most recent stop, Captain Impa of the Shiekah!"

You carefully take the letters, observing each of them one by one. The assorted colors, the different styles, each region in the palm of your hands. You smile and safely tuck them in your bag, making sure your weapons didn't fold them in an uneven manner. They all wrote to you? Why would they do that? You look at the mailman again, still smiling. "Thank you, sir," you say.

"Hold on!" He says as he holds his hand out. "One more!" He digs in his bag again in a frantic way, smiling widely. "You sure are lucky," he says as he pulls out one last envelope, both hands gripping the ends of it. It was a slightly dirty one, but it was beautiful. A. ivy green envelope with shimmering gold designs along the edges with your name written in the finest handwriting you've ever seen on the front. He handed it to you, which you take as gently as you could.
