"So what are we going to do about your uncle," Alexandria says as the two royals walk down one of the many hallways of the castle. "He didn't seem quite happy when you brought Jacob and the other men back to the castle."

"He doesn't have men that he can pay to his will," Troye says. "He won't be able to kill us without getting his own hands dirty."

It was silent for a moment before Alexandria looked over at him. "So do we wait until he makes a move towards us."

"No," He says. "We have to catch him before then. If he was truly the one behind my parents death it would be wise to act faster with him."

As they were walking down the hall Jacob jogged up to them. He slowed his pace to a jog before stopping in front of the young royals. He bowed his head before standing straight up and glancing over at Troye.

"Um," He clears his throat. "There is a woman here... she wishes to have an audience with his royal highness."

Alexandria looks over at Troye and then over at Jacob. "Well does she have a name."

"She didn't say, but she want's to speak to Prince Troye.... alone."

Alexandria turned towards Troye and reached to grab his hand. "What if this is one of your uncles tricks," She says. "You can't go down there."

Out of the corner of his eye Troye noticed how Jacob had his jaw clenched. Troye pulled his hand away before adjusting his jacket. "If someone wishes to see me they will," Troye says. "And if it is one of my uncles tricks I will have Jacob with me."

"Lead the way Jacob."

The young guard nods his head. "Of course your highness."

The two start to walk a little ways down the hallway before they reached the throne room. When the did Jacob opened up the heavy wooden doors letting Troye through. "Your royal highness Troye Mellet." He says.

The woman stood with her back towards the two boys with her head down, once she raised her head the wooden doors closed forcefully causing both Troye and Jacob to jump slightly. The young guard drew out his blade and stepped slightly in front of the young prince.

"Who are you." Jacob says.

The woman turned around, she wore a black cloak with a hood and her hair was long with a mixture of dreads and straightened hair. Despite the fact she was a darker complexion her eyes were a bright blue... it was even brighter that Troye's. Yet they were also clouded... she seemed to have some sort of tattoos or markings creeping up her neck and a scar by her right eye.

She dropped her hood. "My name is Evan... and you Troye Sivan, are a very hard man to get to." She says before laughing manically.

Jacob and Troye look at each other.

"I never really liked castles..." She says with a sigh. "Lets go somewhere a little more quaint." Before either boy could say something with a wave of Evans hand the three of them vanish in thin air.

-

"Where are we?" Jacob says looking around. They seemed to be deep into the woods, far away from any village and they were in front of a little hut.

Evan turned around and dropped the hood of her cloak. "That's just the question," She says. "Where are we? When are we? How are we?"

Troye and Jacob looked at each other. The young guard stood in front of Troye and drew his sword. Evan looks at the two boys and laughs.

"Look at this..." She says. "Jacob Bixenman protecting his king."

She starts to walk towards Jacob and places her hand delicately on the side of his face. "The common boy pretending to be a knight and shining armor... I must say I didn't see this in the card for you."

"Enough with the riddles," Troye says. "You brought us here and I now I demand that you tell me why."

"Demand," Evan says cackling. "Tell me... is this your father talking, or your mother?"

The young prince moved from behind Jacob and stood beside him. "You knew my parents?"

She tilts the side of her head and smiles. Within seconds her hands were gripping the sides of his head. Jacob tried to reach for Evan but something pushed him back causing him to fall onto the ground. Troye's eyes were blown wide opened and mirrored Evan's. Images flashed in front of the both of them before Troye jumped back and was breathing heavily.

"Troye are okay?" Jacob says running over to him.

The young prince grips onto Jacob's shoulder and looks up at Evan. "It was you," He says. "You're the reason I had lost my memories... the reason I am the way that I am."

Evan smirks and begins to walk around the two boys. "I meant what I said all those years ago Troye... I did what I did for you. Everyone has a name and I'm helping you find yours. Think about it..."

"The price..." Troye says. "My uncle killed my parents weeks later... you told my uncle to kill them didn't you."

She laughs. "My plan started long before your mother and father," She looks at Jacob. "Why do you think your father and Queen Laurelle had an affair?"

They both make a face.

"You see," She says. "I've been at this long before the two of you were even a thought, I'm simply a being that's pushing two forces together... now, you can't hate a supernatural being for doing this can't you?"

Troye drew his sword. "I should have you hanged," He said. "My parents are dead because of you!"

She sucked her teeth. "Technically your father did... I told him the price was steep but because of his own ego he was willing to pay it. He was a king with a fist too tight that he suffocated himself. You should be thanking me because of his demise. That's the thing about vigilant rulers... they never see their own damage, do they?"

"Why tell us this?" Jacob says.

She claps her hands together and grins. "Finally a smart question," She says. "Because now that you know you're going to spend your time trying to put the pieces together and that's exactly what I need you to do right now?"

"Why?"

"You tell me," She says. "Now I love this little reunion with the three of us but alas our time is done... until next time boys."

Before the duo could say anything Evan waved her hand again and the boys were back in the throne room. The two of them looked at each other both of them not knowing what to say to the other.

"Troye I-." Jacob said.

"Oh my goodness there you are," Alexandria says walking quickly up to Troye and wrapped her arms around his neck.

Troye jumped a little before reluctantly hugging her back. As he did this he looked over her shoulder and at Jacob who looked back at him before looking at the ground.

"When I came in here and saw that you were gone I had the guards search the entire castle for you," She said pulling away. "What happened, where did you go, who was that woman?"

Troye looked down at her and then at Jacob. "I uh... I need to go." He says before walking off.

The young princess looks at Jacob. "What is going on with him?"

He shrugs. "I'm as lost as you are your highness," He says. "Now if you excuse me." He says before bowing his head and heading after Jacob.
