"You know what I find amusing about this entire thing," Hunter says. "I had eyes everywhere, even when I was gone. Seeing the two of you frolic around like two love bird... it was sick."

Jacob was tied with his hands in front of him and he was kneeling in front of Hunter who was sitting on the throne. Jacob's chest was bare and bloody and sweat drenched his entire body.

"Almost reminded me of my brother and that wretched thing you called a queen... you could tell that boy is his mothers son."

Jacob looked up at Hunter. He was seething with rage, he'd run him through if he wasn't tied and weak. He has to sit here and listen to him talk about his family in the most vile way possible.

He just wanted this to be over, he wants to wake up and roll over on his side and see Troye's face looking at him with his eyes that are as blue as the sky. He wanted to be able to walk into town with Troye and Alexandria who has grown to be someone who he had a deep admiration for.

"The heroic Jacob Bixenman is left speechless. No remarks?"

Jacob pulls back from the blade and looks down. "I have nothing to say to the likes of you."

Hunter looks over at one of the guard on either side of Jacob and nods his head. One of them quickly draws his sword and rakes it across his chest, not enough to cause any real damage but it was enough to draw blood.

Jacob lets out a loud scream before hunching over and gasping for breath. Hunter laughs as he nods his head again causing the guard to draw his sword along Jacob's back.

The throne rooms down are kicked open with Alexandria and Troye standing in the door way. Troye looked completely horrified at the sight of Jacob.

"I will have you hanged for this." Troye said charging towards Hunter.

The guards quickly picked up Jacob and held a blade to his neck. Troye stopped in his tracks and Alexandria pulled back her bow and aimed it straight for Hunter. The older man smirked as he stepped from the thrown and stood in front of Jacob and Alexandria with a smirk on his face.

"Alexandria Love," Hunter said. "I am surprised to see how much you've grown. Although you aren't going to let go of that bow."

"You're lucking I don't cut your head clear off."

"You're not going to let go if you value Jacob's life," He gestures back to Jacob who was covered in a thin layer of sweat and was bleeding. "You see if I die... Jacob dies. If you want the crown, he pays the price."

"Kill him," Jacob said. "He doesn't deserve the crown... you know that."

Hunter gasps and walks over and grabs both sides of Jacob's face . "There it is, those heroic words! You truly are a Bixenman's kid."

"You don't deserve to die Jacob," Alexandria says. "I can easily hit these two before they even get a chance to raise their sword again."

"Are you willing to test that Princess."

Alexandria looked over at Troye and he just shook his head. The young princess dropped her bow which caused Hunter to clap his hands together and laugh. "Now that we've come to understand each other..."

He walks over by the throne and grabs a crown and places it on his head before sitting back on the throne. "Give up you entitlement to the throne and accept me as your king Troye."

"I will not."

"Not even if it cost Jacob his life?"

Troye and Jacob make eye contact. Jacob shakes his head as Troye clenches his jaw and looks back over at Hunter. "You see," Hunter said. "You are just like your mother... weak. If your father was in your shoes he wouldn't even think about it for a second. He would have Jacob dead."
