"I-I-I-IT'S A GIRL!!!", Yamamoto screamed, his voice echoing through the entire gym.
"Don't make it sound like a baby gender reveal!", Yaku yelled back and gave him a punch.
Kenma sweat-dropped at the two, then averting his eyes back to where Kuroo stood.
"Who is she?", Kenma asked in a quiet, yet clear voice.
Kuroo only smirked and made his way towards the center of the court... of course, dragging me along with his arm over my shoulder.
"Man, I'm getting way too much attention right now.. BUT ALL FOR FREE FOOD..!"
"Ahem", Kuroo cleared his throat, "As I was saying, I want to introduce her to you guys"
"Such a pretty girl..!", Yamamoto thought mentally, a blush evident on his face.
"Such a tall girl..", Yaku cried inside.
Yamamoto's hand shot up at the speed of light and questioned a little too enthusiastically, "Are we finally having a female manager?!"
"Tsk, tsk, Yamamoto. She is far more important than that... though I wouldn't mind if she became our manager", Kuroo placed a hand under his chin as if in thought, then proceeding to look at me.
Immediately, I gave him an I-will-murder-you glare, daring him to even attempt to make me the manager. His head swung right back at the team after my non-verbal "threat".
Kuroo chuckled nervously before continuing, "Well, everyone. This is Shio-chan", Kuroo proudly gestured with the hand which was not currently over my shoulder, "my girlfriend".
"wHAtTTTTTTTT?!"
All members currently in the gym exclaimed in utter shock - jaws were open, most speechless, and others dumbfounded.
"SINCE WHEN?!", Yamamoto screamed in comical tears, jealous that their bed-headed captain had a "girlfriend" this entire time without letting the team know.
"Wow! Captain has a girlfriend?", Lev joined in, his face wearing a big smile.
Out of the corner of my eye, I felt a pair of eyes stare at me. Out of curiosity, I looked towards where I had felt the gaze, and saw Kenma once again.
He jumped a little by surprise as I had suddenly made eye contact with him, and looked proceeded to pretend and look elsewhere.
While everyone was pestering Kuroo with questions, I decided to make my way towards the little pudding head.
"Um, hello. Kenma was it?", I tried to start a conversation, despite being fully aware of who he was.
He responded with a simple nod and replied, "You're "Shio-chan"?"
"My name's Lily, but that rooster over there calls me Shio", I gestured over with a thumb to Nekoma's captain.
Kenma stayed silent, glancing back and forth from me to Kuroo repetitively.
"What was the deal?", Kenma suddenly questioned.
"Deal?", I thought to myself, "ohhh, that deal. Wait, hold up, how did he know that?! Damn, he must catch on fast"
