Gray watched his pink haired friend from the corner of his eye. Natsu had been snapping his head in every direction of the mall since he had gotten there, and now that Gray was paying attention he could smell cologne on Natsu.

"Dude, why are you wearing cologne?" Gray asked, frowning over at Natsu.

His harsh tone caused Natsu to jump, blinking a few times before landing back down on Earthland.

"I just felt like it stripper." Natsu muttered, avoiding eye contact.

Gray frowned again, crossing his arms and opening his mouth to speak when heard a familiar voice.

"Ah! Erza-san! That's where Lucy-san works!"

"Ah! Erza-san! That's where Lucy-san works!"
Erza-san laughed at Juvia, giving her a fond smile.

"Juvia that place is closed today."

"Oh! Juvia knows, she just wanted to point that out." Juvia blushed, Erza-san's giggles subsiding

Juvia laughed a little, looking up at Erza-san.
"Where does Erza-san want to-"

Juvia's voice suddenly caught in her throat, her eyes going wide in shock.
Her stomach flipped, her hands beginning to tremble. She stared straight behind Erza-san, her eyes connected with another pair of inky deep eyes.

"Juvia? Are you alright?" Erza-san asked suddenly, looking down at Juvia with concerned eyes.

"G-g-gray-sama......" Juvia choked, tears pricking the corners of her eyes.

Erza-san's expression went cold, and she snapped her head around.
She stood in front of Juvia, and Juvia instinctively hide behind Erza-san's back.

Gray-sama was angrily stomping towards Juvia and Erza-san, Natsu-san trailing behind him with a panicked expression.

"Erza?! What the hell?!" Gray-sama practically screamed in Erza-san's face, causing Juvia to whimper and cower behind Erza-san even more.

"What?! Is there a problem Gray?" Erza-san's voice boomed, catching the attention of passerby's.

"Yeah! What the hell are you doing with Juvia?!" Gray-sama asked, his voice just as angry as Erza-san's.

"Shopping."

"Why??"

"Because she's my friend???"

"Erza!"

"Gray it's not my fault you're an asshole. Juvia is my friend, wether you like it or not. You never cared about her anyway! Why do you care now?!" Erza-san questioned, pointing her finger in Gray-sama's chest and pushing him back.

"You know how I feel about her!"

"Like I give a shit?! It doesn't matter how the hell you feel, I don't give a fuck about your fragile ass! Now go the fuck away!" Erza-san shouted in Gray-sama's face.

Juvia's head began to feel light, the bile in her throat rising.
Juvia tried to speak, but nothing came out. The world around her became fuzzy, and Juvia knew she needed to leave before she passed out from the stress.

Juvia found the strength to rip herself away from Erza-san's back, and her weak legs began to carry her through the blurry mall.

"JUVIA!"
Erza and Natsu called after the crying blue haired girl, Natsu glaring back at both Gray and Erza before running off to find Juvia.

Erza was practically steaming, her anger boiling.
She snapped back around towards Gray, scowling maliciously at him.
"I hope you're happy."

Gray's heart began to ache, but he kept a stone face.
The guilt and anger and humiliation hit him like a train, and his legs wanted to crumble.
Tears began to form in his eyes, but he tried to blink them away.

People began to look away, ignoring the obvious tension between the two teenagers.

"Well? What do you have to say for yourself?"
Erza's voice was hard and unforgiving, and Gray's scalp was burning from where she was burning holes in his head.

"I'm not allowed to love her."

There was a moment of silence before Gray heard Erza inhale a sharp breath, like she was holding back tears of her own.

"So stop."
