Five years later

Alaska's Pov

"Baby where are we going?"

"You'll find out soon."

We walked for a while, me blindfolded and Aaron guiding me.

"Alright we're here, you can take the blindfold off." Aaron lifted the blindfold and I blinked in the sudden light. "This isn't?"

"It is, come on." Aaron took my hand and led me under a willow tree. "See there it is." I stroked the bark where our names were engraved.

"I used to come here just after we broke up."

"I came once but it wasn't the same." 

"I love you Justin."

"I love you too."

"I've got something to ask you."

"Go ahead."

Aaron got down on one knee and I gasped, "Justin Andrew Honard will you marry me?"

"Yes." Aaron got up and kissed me before sliding the ring onto my hand. "I love you so so much."

"I love you too, I was so nervous you'd say no."

"Now why would I do that?"

"I thought maybe it was too soon."

"All that matters is that we love each other."
