Info: This imagine takes place during Avengers: Endgame. This is the first imagine I've written that pertains to Endgame or even Infinity War. Why you might ask? Because I'm still trying to process both of them.

IMPORTANT: Also, do you guys want a second book or no? This book is getting close to the end, so please let me know now. I need to plan ahead, if you guys want another book.

   Y/N'S POV

  I hated it. I hated not knowing whether Loki, my love, was alive or not. Thanos, that giant monster, had taken away the only man who loved me for me and had not asked me to change. I could never forget that moment when Thanos snapped Loki's neck and dropped him in front of Thor and I. Not only did I lose some of my own friends and family, I also lost my father, Heimdall.
  It was really frustrating how no one knew where Thanos was now. Every second that we didn't find Thanos, it felt like a defeat already in my book. A defeat that was breaking me on the inside. It had been five years since I lost those important to me, but now we had a chance to bring everyone back. Maybe even Loki.

  Even after everything, I couldn't give up on reuniting with my family, friends, and Loki again.

  "Y/N?"

  I knew that voice. Thor!! I hadn't seen him in so long. It was nice to see him again. However, something definitely happened to him. Thor did not look like Thor anymore.
  Thor hugged me, and I never thought I would ever see him with so much belly fat. He took way better care of his body than I ever could. Now, it looked like I had outbeat him.

  I hugged him back and said in horror,"Thor, what...what happened to you? What's with the shades and where is the real Thor?"

  Thor chuckled and replied,"Y/N, you were always so funny. It is still me. Thor! Do you not like my look?"

  I said,"Well...I still love you, Thor, but is there something you want to talk about?"

  Thor shrugged and I looked him up and down, before I asked him,"Is this about Thanos or Loki?"

  Thor rested his hand on my shoulder and said,"Don't say his name. So what? Thanos is gone now."

  I replied in complete sadness,"And so is Loki, but we have a chance to bring everyone back. Tony figured out time travel, so we can fix everything."

  Thor snapped saying,"And what if we can't?"

  I jumped at his tone and backed away from him. Thor sighed and pulled me into his arms, holding me.

  I let him hold me, and he said,"I'm sorry, Lady Y/N. Really. Perhaps, we can bring him back and Heimdall and your family."

  ....

  As everyone was assigned their teams and missions, Steve asked me,"Y/N, do you want to go with Thor or with us?"

  Thor looked at me and said,"You should go with Steve, Tony, Scott, and Bruce. I will be fine. Trust me."

  I nodded and said to Steve,"I'll go with you."

  Steve nodded back to me, and it wasn't long before we arrived back in New York in 2012. The same year I-

  "Y/N, WATCH OUT!"

  Tony pulled me back, as glass splattered everywhere.

  I said,"Thanks, Stark."

  He nodded and I wished Bruce good luck before he left to get his assigned infinity stone. I held onto Tony, as he flew us up to Stark Tower. Scott was on top of Tony's shoulder.
 
  Tony gently set me down, and I followed behind him, trying to stay out of sight.

  When I spotted Loki, Tony glanced over at me and said,"Easy, honey. Deep breaths."

  I took deep breaths, and I did my best to not experience an anxiety attack right now. My heart raced, and I grew lightheaded.

  Tony kept me from falling over and whispered to me,"Y/N, we came here to get another chance at getting everyone back. If anything goes wrong, then we're toast. Remember why we're here."

  I nodded and Tony flicked Scott off his shoulder, before Scott made his way to his destination. Tony picked me up then flew us out of Stark Tower.
  He took us to where the 2012 version of him, Loki, and Thor would be. Once we put on our disguises, I stood beside Tony and tried not to look suspicious.

  Tony reached over and gently took my hand saying,"You've got this."

  I looked over at him and squeezed his hand, before he let go of my hand. We focused on Alexander Pierce, who was trying to take the case from 2012 Tony and Loki to come with them. They all began to argue, before Scott made the distraction.

  2012 Tony fell to the ground, and the Tony beside me yelled,"Medic! Give these guys some help!"

  I giggled and Tony sent me a wink, before Scott kicked the case over to Tony and I. Tony quickly grabbed the case and I followed after him, before Hulk knocked both of us out of the way.
  I groaned and the case opened, then the Tesseract stopped directly in front of Loki.

  I rushed towards the Tesseract and almost got it, but Loki's eyes met my own. His eyes softened, before he disappeared with the Tesseract.
  Tony pulled me out and back to the group. Steve ended up with Loki's scepter, but we were unsuccessful with getting the Tesseract.

  Tony said,"No matter what happens, it wasn't your fault."

  I nodded and sat down on the ground.

  Scott sat down beside me and said,"You saw Loki?"

  I said,"Yeah."

  Scott then asked me,"Was it worth it?"

  I smiled through my tears and said,"Yeah. It was worth it. Seeing him again."
