The Sky Army's Defeat- Chapter Four: The Taunting

The General struggled against the ropes that bound him to the chair as his friends came closer.

He knew they were gone.

He knew that they would do anything the king asked them to do.

He knew his fate was sealed, as was theirs.

"What did you do to them!" Sky roared.

The king chuckled darkly as the two humanoids made their way to the man.

"Oh Sky I already told you. They're mine now. Loyal to the squids and the squids only."

Sky shook his head. "No! Kyle, Martin please!"

The two men laughed at the general mockingly.

"The Sky Army General begging for help?" Martin sneered.

"What happened to the all mighty budder god?" Kyle mocked.

They circled him, staring the poor general down.

"You're weak."

"Worthless."

"Useless."

"Pathetic." they hissed with malice, circling and sneering at him.

The general shook his head and let it hang low.

"No." he muttered for every word.

"Weak."

"No."

"Worthless."

"No."

"Useless."

"No."

"Pathetic."

"No."

Suddenly, Martin grabbed the general's chin and forced him to look into his eyes.

They were a deep blue now, hypnotic almost, as apposed to the soft hazel they once were.

"Admit it Sky. The squids won."

"Never." The general whispered.

"No Sky. You loose. We have won." he sneered.

Sky shook his head defiantly. "No. Never."

"Yes Sky. Yes. We have won."

"N-No?" the general shook his head.

He knew what Martin was doing, and he was sure as nether he wouldn't comply.

"No? No! look around you Sky! your recruits are no longer yours. They're either dead or have made the smart decision to side with the squids. You have nothing left to hold on to!"

The General let out a low chuckle and looked Martin in the eyes again, a small smirk on his face.

"I have hope."

Martin sighed and straightened.

"He's too strong my king."

The king sighed. "I guess we're going to have to do this the hard way..." It trailed off, a whip being pulled out from behind it's back.

The general's eyes widened.

It was his turn to scream in anguish.
