Chapter 7 Sick Buddy

I wake up, it was time for school but I felt horribly sick. When I got up to tell my mother about it, as I started walking through the door I collapsed. "DANIELLA! What happened?" My mom rushes over to me helping me up. "I was going to tell you I wasn't feeling good but... you can see for your self." "Stay in bed okay. I'm going to make some soup." She walks off down the stairs. My head was pounding horribly, my muscles were soar as well. When I finally got my soup my phone rung, it was Javier.

|Javier: Hey! I don't see you at school you okay? :( |

|Me: Uh I'm not sure but I feel horrible.|

|Javier: What happened Dani? :( |

|Me: Well I wasn't feeling good when I first woke up and when I went to tell my mom I collapsed kinda.. by the door.|

|Javier: WHAT!? HOW!? DID YOU EAT ANYTHING!? ARE YOU OKAY!?D: |

|Me: Yeah I'm in bed but my muscles hurt.|

|Javier: That sucks! I hope you feel better I seriously do. :< |

|Me: Thanks :) |

"Ugh I sent a smiley was that to much?" I over think.

|Javier: I'm coming over later, final! :) |

|Me: Okay fine but if I get you sick don't be mad :P •.• |

|Javier: Be mad at you? Hah! I laugh at that you're like a cute little kitty cat, I can never stay mad :P >:) |

|Me: A kitty cat?! I'm a fierce lion! RAWR! :3 |

|Me: Also aren't you at school? |

|Javier: Yeah but you're way more important...|

|Me: UHUH! Okay...|

|Javier: PLUS Ms.Longman's class is SOOOO boringgg DX !! |

|Javier: SHIT! She's coming text you when I'm on my way there! Bye Dani :) |

That made me smile, I roll my eyes too. I could only reach my hair brush so I decided to brush my hair, and turn on the tv. All I have to do was wait until 3:00 so I could see him.

Time went by so quickly I didn't realize it was 2:56 until I was finally scanning through the channels. I stayed in my pjs but fixed myself up a little. then collapsed on my bed. As it once turns 3:04 i wait for the doorbell to go off. No that didn't happen, instead there were knocks on the window and some idiot sitting on my roof. I look at the person more closer and there Javier is waving with a big smile sitting there with some things in his hands. I open my window and he climbs in. "Wow, don't you know how to make a entrance?" I sarcastically tease. "Yeah I know I do- HEY! Aren't you supposed to be sitting or laying down on your bed?!" He shouts. "I was but I had to open a window for some idiot" I respond. "Oh! Wow!" He smiles. I look at him and he doesn't stop smiling so I ask "What? You expect me to fix myself up, sorry I didn't wanna get up" I roll my eyes. All of a sudden he sweeps me off my feet and lays me on my bed. "Whoa!" The words slipped out of my mouth. "Also no I really don't care if you 'fixed yourself up' natural beauty matters" I sat there in shock. "So I bought you this!" He picks up the objects from his bag. "Chicken soup, medicine, a video game or two, 2 remote controllers, and some sweets, some saltified fries, and lastly a stuffed animal I bought!" He smiles proudly. "Did you cook the soup?" I ask, I was thinking if he did that was super attractive. "No my mom did" He looks down at the soup and back at me. "I figured." Those words accidents slipped out. I was surprised I even said it myself. "What you don't think I can cook?" He looks at me laughing a little. "I never said that I just- well boys don't care about cooking so I figured it would be to good to be true if you cooked!" I smile. "I will prove you wrong!" He try's to be serious without laughing. After the tiny discussion, I ate my food and we played video games while eating the sweet and salty snacks. "What!? How can you beat me! I'm the best at this video game!" He whines. "More like you WERE the best at the game, not anymore I am now!" He sits there shocked. "Bow down to your master!" I laugh. As Javier was bowing down on his knees, my mom walks in. "What's going on here? When did Javier come in?" She looks super confused. "Didn't you ear him come in, he came and I got the door, you probably were working to hard mom go take a nap" I act worried and give a slight smile. "Yeah you're probably right, okay well you better clean up the mess" She closes the door behind her. "That was awkward" Javier laughs but he starts to blush. I nod. The day went by so fast, by 9:29 he finally left. We didn't stop talking, we started texting. I found out he makes me laugh a lot, he makes me feel good about myself. With no worries. I like how I act around him. Maybe liking him is a good thing.
