A few days have passed since that terrible day. Paul wasn't able to ask, but he knew it was the right thing to do. He knew that she was frightened, so he decided to wait. He would keep waiting until she was completely ready, and today wasnt the day either.

Today was June 13th, only two days before the battle began. The pack, including Summer, headed over to the Cullens, for more details about the attack.

----

The pack had shifted, and we were all headed towards the Cullen household, and to my surprise, Jake was with us. Paul told me to ride on his back, so I didn't have to drive. I clung to his silver fur as he ran through the dense forest.

A few moments later, we were standing in front of a very large house. It was nicely decorated, and of course, beautiful and captivating. Paul slowed to a trot as I hopped of him, setting down the bag that contained pairs of shorts for the boys.

I made my way up to house, allowing them to change. The first one out was Alice, followed by Jasper, Bella, Edward, Carlisle, Esme, Emmet, then finally, Rosalie. Rose gave me a stiff look, and crossed her arms rebelliously.

Alice quickly came to my side, and gave me a hug. She pulled away as the wolves, now changed back and dressed, stepped out of the shadows. Paul knitted his eyebrows together, and stood next to me, pulling me away from the pixie vampire.

I frowned, "Paul, she isn't going to hurt me." I grumbled, but he ignored my comment, keeping his arm protectively around my waist.

"Welcome Summer, to our home." Carlisle was the first to break the silence, and Bella looked over at me, a small ounce of regret coating her eyes.

I nodded politely to him, as Sam stepped forward. "You wanted to discuss the battle?"

Jasper was the first to speak regarding this issue, "Alice had a vision. The battle is taking place in two days. I also came up with some more strategies, which we will be able to use effectively."

"Well go on." Paul hissed, his nose scrunched up. Rose glared at him intensely, and he let out a rough grunt.

I leaned my head against his shoulder, and he immediately calmed down, removing his intense gaze from Rose.

Jasper put on a smug face, "The newborns are ignorance will help us greatly. They know nothing about werewolves, so we must use that to our advantage. Our plan was to use Bellas scent to lead them to the battle field, and have Jacobs scent mask hers as she went into the hiding." He looked towards me, and I felt an odd connection with Jasper.

I simply nodded, taking in all the information. I knew that Seth and Edward were going to take Bella to her hiding place, did that include me? I looked up at Jasper once more. "What about me?" I spoke up and they all turned to look at me.

Jasper gave me a small smile, "Seth will take you along with Bella." Pauls hand clenched.

"No. I won't risk her getting hurt!" He snapped, his eyebrows furrowed tightly together.

Jasper did not react to this, but Edward did. He read my thoughts, and gave me an encouraging smile. "Paul, she wants to."

I eyed him, completely forgetting about what Alice told me about him, "Oh yea and Edward can read mind! So keep it PG around him." I let out a sigh of annoyance and rolled my eyes at him.

Paul looked down at me, and then back at Edward, "Stay out of her thoughts, leech." He growled, his body starting to shake with rage.

I touched his shoulder, and it didn't instantly calm him down, like it used to. Sam had to step in to prevent him from shifting, and possibly even hurting me.
