Tears started to stream down my face, I couldn't hold them in. He had such a sweet smile on his face when he asked me.

"Yes, of course you idiot!" I fell to my knees in front of him, catching him by surprise, wrapping my arms around his neck, pulling him into a tight embrace.

I heard him let out a laugh, and I pulled back, tears still falling from my cheeks. Paul reached up and wiped them away, "Love, please don't cry." He cooed, pushing a piece of stray hair behind my ear.

Before I could reply, he gently lifted my hand, and removed the promise ring. He lifted up the new, beautiful diamond ring and slid it on, it was absolutely perfect. I felt like I was in heaven, and all I wanted to do was hug and kiss him.

"Summer Lahote..." He mumbled, picking up my left hand and kissing the ring gingerly. His right hand trailed up my side, while the other stroked my cheek.

He stared into my eyes, I could see the passion and love he had for me. I smiled, "I love you."

"I love you too." His lips found mine, and soon we were headed into our new bedroom.

----

I let out a groan as someone shook my shoulder, "Summer? Wake up, already!" The female laughed, before pinching my nose.

"What?" I growled, my eyes squinting from the light that was now piercing the bedroom.

"Um, hello? Paul asked me to help you plan your wedding." I opened my eyes completely, and stared at the familiar face.

"Emily--" Just as I was about to argue, she pulled the blanket off the bed and put her hands on her hips.

"Come on, we have to start planning quickly!" I groaned again, before finally sitting up.

Paul had officially asked me to marry him two days ago. I told literally everyone about it, besides Bella and the Cullens. The only one that knew was Edward, since he read Pauls thoughts.

I scratched my head, and stood up, cracking my neck and back in the process. I let out one more yawn, before following Emily out of the bedroom. There were boxes everywhere, since we were moving in.

When I told Charlie, he had a sad look on his face, saying "All my children are leaving me." And, "You two are growing up so fast." I couldn't help but laugh when we discussed it, even though it wasn't meant to be funny.

Mom of course was extremely happy and proud, just like she was with Bella. Mom really wants to meet Paul, and I honestly couldn't wait for her to do so, I already know she'll love him.

I'm gonna tell Bella today, and hopefully she'll be happy for me. Since she was a vampire now, I haven't seen her around, which upset me, but it was her choice not mine, and I have to live with it even if it kills me.

I snapped out of my thoughts when I smelled eggs, bacon, and even pancakes. Emily sat down the two plates on the table, pulling out my chair so I could sit down.

"Your majesty." She said, bowing gracefully, which made me giggle as I sat down.

"Stop it, I feel older than what I am." I snorted, picking up a piece of bacon and shoving it into my mouth.

Emily found her place next to me, and began to eat her own food, "Sorry, sorry. Oh yea, before I forget, Paul said he would be back around two. He went out with Seth, Jacob, and Sam."

I nodded, "Alright. Is it okay if we head over to the Cullens, I need to tell Bella before we get started; and I'm sure Alice would be thrilled." I smiled, and Emily agreed to it.

"Sure, but I'm not going to go in, I'll wait outside." And after that, we began to eat our breakfast.

----

We arrived at the Cullens two hours later, only three more until Paul got back. I hopped out of the red truck, accidentally slamming it and I quickly apologized to Emily.

"Now, be safe." She said, pointing at me.

I rolled my eyes, "I know, I'll cya in a bit." I turned my back towards her and approached the steps.

Alice was the first to come over, and she unlocked the door, inviting me inside, "Hi Summer, did you want to talk to Bella?"

"Well, yes and no. I wanted to talk to all of you, well mainly you and Bella." Alice raised an eyebrow at this but nodded.

She walked me over to the couch, and sat down next to me, but before she could ask what I wanted to talk about, Emmet came in. He grinned at me, before picking me up and throwing me over his shoulder.

"Hey! Emmet!" I exclaimed, playfully hitting his back as he brought me upstairs. I could hear Alice snickering as she followed us.

Emmet opened a door, revealing all of the Cullens, including Renesmee. She was already able to stand for being only a couple days old. She gave me a small smile as Emmet sat me down.

The faces in the room weren't happy, they didn't have any smiles or warm gestures, it was grim. Carlisles face was filled with worry, well of them were. Bella was holding onto Edward, while her free hand was securely placed around her daughter.

I pursed my lips, "Whats going on?"

Alice finally walked in, her face also doing a 180, completely changing from the happy smile I saw just a few seconds ago, "The Volturi."

That name echoed in my mind, and a dark presence loomed over me, "Who?" I asked once more, confused.

"The Volturi are the largest and most powerful coven of vampires, they enforce the laws of the vampire world." Carlisle stated, crossing his arms.

"And what do they want with you?" I asked again, my eyebrows dipping down.

"One rule is to never create an immortal child, it is forbidden. They think that Renesmee is an immortal child, and now they want to destroy us." Edward spoke up, touching his daughters head softly.

I too crossed my arms, and looked towards the little girl, "Whats going to happen?" And Alice moved towards Jasper.

"We're going to need allies, so they can witness that Renesmee is not an immortal child." Alice said, standing in between Esme and Jasper.

I nodded slowly, before rubbing my temples, "Okay, and what does this have to do with me?" I said, my voice  accidentally sounding aggravated.

"You're apart of this family, Summer." Bella finally spoke, and I looked at her, a small smile forming on my lips.

"I guess I am. Alright, I'll help in anyway that I can." Even though this was not what I was coming to discuss, it can hold off until all this is over. I mean, it's not the like the Volturi are going to hunt me down.
