At the clinic, Brett is convulsing and there's something yellow foaming at his mouth. "What the hell is happening to this kid?" Stiles asks.
Deaton frowns. "He's been poisoned by a rare form of wolfsbane. I need to make an incision and you need to hold him down."
Stiles turns to the werewolf. "Hey, Derek, how about a little werewolf strength. Or demigod strength?"
Derek and I immediately join Stiles in holding Brett down and Derek protests, "Yeah, I'm not the only one here with werewolf strength."
"If you can't hold him still, the incision might kill him." Deaton warns.
"Derek, he's slipping." I say. "Siles and I can't hold him by ourselves. Augh!"
I'm pushed back as Brett suddenly breaks free and makes towards the exit. He's rendered unconscious by Peter who says, "I guess I still have a little werewolf strength left."
"Yeah, maybe more than a little." Derek scoffs.
I run my hand over Brett's mouth and frown. "I don't think he's breathing. Is he okay?"
Deaton nods as he pushes the scalpel into Brett's breast bone and slices down. "I think he'll be fine, but he'll probably out for awhile." Brett lets out a gasp and yellow smoke flows up from the wound and dissipates.
Stiles frowns and leans closer to Brett. "Guys, can you hear that? I think he's saying something."
I listen to Brett's words and hear, "The sun...The moon...The truth...The sun...The moon...The truth..."
"Three things cannot long be hidden. The sun, the moon, and the truth. It's Buddhist." Deaton clarifies.
"Satomi." Peter says.
Our endeavors take us to the station. Parrish looks up to see us. He glances to Stiles. "Your dad should be back within the hour. You want to wait in his office?"
I smile. "Actually, we were hoping to talk to you."
"Privately." Lydia adds.
We show Parrish the list and he says, "This is a hit list?"
"We call it a deadpool." Stiles replies. "Recognize any of the names?"
Parrish nods. "Yeah. The Sheriff had me run a bunch of these through the system last night. But we couldn't find any of them."
I glance to Lydia. "Show him the other thing."
She flips it over. "Okay. That's kind of terrifying. What's the number?"
"That's how much you're worth." Lydia informs.
Parrish frowns. "I'm worth five dollars?"
"Five million." Stiles corrects.
"I only make $40,000 a year. Maybe I should kill myself. I don't get it. Why...Why am I on this?"
"I feel ya, Parrish." I say quietly.
Stiles shrugs. "Honestly, that might be a question for another day. Right now, there's still another third of the list we gotta crack."
"We need the third cipher key." Lydia replies. "But we need help getting it."
Parrish frowns. "From who?"
"Meredith."
"The girl from Eichen? The last time you saw her, you almost gave her a nervous breakdown."
"Uh...Almost." Lydia defends.
At Eichen House, we walk up a door as one of the orderlies starts unlocking it for us and Stiles frowns, seeing another orderly. "Oh, no, not this guy."
