I let my fingers skim down the page of the book I was reading. This was the first time in a while, I'd have time to myself, especially since it's Eleanors first day of Kindergarten. I got one of the carpool parents to pick her up and drop her off on Friday and Wednesday's, which meant I would have even more me time. Let's talk about Eleanor.. That girl has grown up to be as ruthless and daring as her father was. Oh, what happened to Jimin you may ask? I may or may not have forced him to get a job with my dads company.

"Man, work's a bitch." Jimin threw his keys on the couch as soon as he walked inside the apartment.

"Why do I even bother?" I sighed, before setting the book down on the coffee table. "What happened this time?"

"Rae, I cant work with old people." Jimin began to complain, and I immediately regretted asking him.

"They criticize every single thing I do. If I decide to take a nap, I get in trouble. I wanna take a cocaine break, I get in troub—holy shit I'm joking, why are you looking at me like that?" He began to panic as I glared into his soul.

"Jimin, do you remember what happened when you kept your cocaine, even when I told you to throw it away?" I tapped my nails against the table, waiting for him to answer.

He slowly nodded.

"Do you want that to happen again?" I raised my brow.

"Never again." Jimin shook his head as he sat next to me. "My Doctor actually called me a couple days ago and said the scans look good. I can start beating my meat agai—hey baby, how was school?" He looked over to his daughter who came through the already opened door.

I quickly jumped up from the couch and excitedly rushed over to her. "Hi baby! how was your first day?" I pulled her into my arms, holding her as tightly as I could. "I missed you!" I continued to shower her with kisses.

Jimin rolled his eyes, thinking I wouldn't catch him.

"Act enthusiastic." I mouthed to him, and he lazily picked himself up and knelt down beside us. Jimin brought his arms around me and Eleanor, making me glare at him. "You're so stupid." I slowly shook my head.

"You're so stupid." He mocked my voice, before grabbing Eleanor from my arms, and carrying her into the living room.

"How was school baby?" He kissed her forehead, while holding her in his arms. "Did you make any friends today?"

"I made one fwiend." She shrugged her shoulders.

Jimin looked up at me for permission to laugh and I slowly shook my head.

"Oh really?" He pretended to care. "What's her name?"

"H-His name is Rwyan." Her cheeks formed a natural pout as she finished speaking.

"Ah hell nah." Jimin shook his head as he gave her a you're in trouble look.

"Jimin, I swear..."

"Rae, let me handle this on my own." He cut me off mid sentence and turned to his daughter. "Eleanor you know damn well you're not allowed to talk to boys, right?"

She shook her head.

"Eleanor." Jimin raised his brows.

"I don't like you daddy." She crossed her arms as she pouted her lips.

"Well I don't like you either." Jimin shrugged his shoulders.

"Jesus Christ." I whispered to myself, while trying not to intervene.
