Five days later...

The heroes are almost at a slightly run down town, with Rox in particular being silent.

Ariyae: "Feels weird for me to be the only loudmouth here."

Cale: "I know, but Rox and Owen have been growing distant for the past 400 years."

Makoh: "Y-Yeah, it doesn't help that no one has heard from him in about 70."

Ariyae: "I'll never get used to hearing those numbers when you all look like you're 16."

They have arrived.

Cale: "This is where Owen has been?"

The streets are barren and tattered, the people look lost and hopeless, and the buildings have seen better days.

Rox: "Why? Why here?"

They cautiously walk along the streets, ready for almost anything coming their way.

Makoh: "It feels so... hopeless here."

Cale clings to Ariyae's arm.

Cale: "(terrified) N-No kidding!"

They can hear motorcycle engines slowly getting louder and louder.

Rox: "What's with the engines?"

They walk around a right corner as Makoh inches closer to Ariyae.

Makoh: "I-I don't want to find out."

Ariyae: "(groaning) Why me?"

A male with a dark grey helmet, black, leather, unzipped jacket, black jeans, dark grey boots, an orange scarf, a navy blue, stained T-shirt, and black, fingerless gloves on a motorcycle passes by them.

Cale: "Uh oh..."

Dozens more head straight for them.

Ariyae: "A-A gang?!"

The bikes surround them before they can escape, their riders of almost every race there is.

Makoh: "H-Holy shit!"

Gang Member 1: "You unlucky bastards look like you've got something worthwhile."

Two members get off of their bikes and walk up to them.

Gang Member 2: "Cough it up."

Rox: "I'd like to see you try."

Gang Member 3: "These ones have some bite!"

They assume fighting stances.

???: "That's enough."

The lone rider arrives at the scene.

Gang Members: "Boss?"

Boss: "They've got immunity."

Makoh: "H-Huh?!"

He takes off his helmet, revealing a young male Human with dirty, blond hair, blue eyes, pale skin, and a tattoo of the number 777 on his neck.

Cale: "O-Owen?!"

Owen: "Go. I'll deal with them."

The other bikers ride away.

Rox: "(tearing up) Owen..."
