My eyes popped open, my body shaking and sweating.
"It was just a dream."
Fear leaving my body. I was looking around realizing that my bedroom door was opened, I remembered closing my door last night and it kinda creeped me out.
I walked out see that Jade's stuff was gone, I saw a note on the door.
"ιll вe вacĸ laтer! нad тo rυn ѕoмe errandѕ, тнereѕ ѕoмe ғood ιn тнe ғrιdge. call мe ιғ yoυ need anyтнιng. love yoυ❤ xoxo." -Jade
I put the note away and heard my phone buzzing, I looked and saw that Matthew had texted me.
From Matthew: Hey pretty girl, wanna do something today?🌀
From me: Sure!☺️ come get me in 30 minutes.☀️
I quickly ran to the bathroom and grabbed my make up bag. I quickly put on some concealer, powder, mascara, lipgloss, and some eye shadow.
I laughed at the tweets I was reading until one caught my eye. It was a Twitter conversation with Cameron and Madison.
I rolled my eyes and moved onto my hair, I did beachy waves on my hair and wore my bangs down to the side.
I threw on some jeans that had some holes in it, knee high boots, a cute sweater, and a beanie. I actually looked kinda decent.
I walked outside waiting in the lobby for Matthews car until I heard a loud beep and saw Matthews cute little smile. I smiled and waved at him feeling the cold air meet the tops of my skin. He quickly got out opening the door for me, I smiled as he walked around to the other side of the car.
I was surprised that Matthew knew most every song that came on the radio, I couldn't help but laugh and sing along with him. We pulled in a place called Sky zone. I've always wanted to go here but never really had anybody to go with.
I felt like a little kid as we walked into a large room looking at all the trampolines, I squealed and jumped up and down while we took off our shoes.
Matthew took out his phone and recorded me while I jumped around and laughed when I would fall from jumping to hard.
I felt Matthew grab me and we jumped into the big pot of cubes, laughing as we tried to get out. Right as I got out Matthew pushed me right back in, I couldn't control the laughter escaping my lips. My stomach was hurting so much as I couldn't stop laughing, I felt a little kid grab my hand.
I smiled at the little boy and jumped around with him, his smile made my heart melt. He was precious as we jumped around laughing and playing around, I could see Matthew smiling from out of the corner of my eye. The little boy told me his name was Dallas and I smiled at how he looked so happy.
Dallas left with his mom and Matthew jumped back over to me as I layed down out of breath. He put his hand out and I grabbed it while he pulled me up. We walked back out into the lobby sweaty and panting grabbing our shoes while walking out the door.
Matthew put his arm around my waist as we walked down to the mall, it was only 2 minutes away from the Sky Zone. We arrived and I smiled as he made stupid faces to me while I took pictures of him, We walked into the food court and ordered us some food.
I sat down and ate with Matthew as I looked over and saw something that hurt me so much. It was Cameron and Madison, they were holding hands and kissing.
Matthew turned to see what I was looking at and I saw his expression change and his face got red with anger. I couldn't take my eyes off of them, my body was shaking with anger and sadness.
I saw Cameron look at me, tears falling down my cheeks as I just stared at him.
Then I saw Madison give me a weird smile, like she was happy I saw them. I tried to hold it all in, the pain, the hurt, and everything. I felt like I was lead on by him, when he would look at me, the way he would hug me, when he would hold my hand. I could hear the sound of my own heart breaking, my eyes burning from all the tears.
I saw Cameron start running towards me the hurt in his eyes.
"Jen it isn't what it looks like."
"I can't believe you Cameron." I heard Matthew say, His face red with anger.
I just sat there staring at him, tears falling from the rims of my eyes. I had an urge to just yell and scream but I kept quiet. I whispered under my breath "I trusted you."
Madison walked up to me and said.
"Aw hunny, did you honestly think Cameron would ever like a girl like you." She laughed as she grabbed Cameron's hand.
"What? You can't say anything because you know he would never like you, you're just a waist of space sweetie." Her eyes becoming narrow.
I looked her straight in the eyes and walked away, I didn't wanna hear anything else she had to say.
I could see Cameron stare at me as I walked off, his face had tear stains.
Matthew ran up behind me and walked beside me, there was complete silence as we walked back to his car. The drive home was silent, we didn't even look at eachother.
I got out of the car quickly and ran to the house, I opened the door running past Jade as she gave me a confused look.
I sat down in bed not bothering too take off my shoes or change, I just sat and cried silently. The events of today flowing through my head as I cried even harder, just slowly drifting off to sleep as every tear fell down my face.
