Cameron's Pov:
Jen had just left crying and wouldn't give me an answer to where she was going. I started to get more worried as she kept declining my calls.

I decided to call one last time just to be safe, I heard quiet sobs from the other line and knew she had answered.

I didn't understand why she was crying. She's been acting different a lot lately and it scares me slightly.

"Cameron, ple-" Jen started to say.

Suddenly the line went dead. My heart skipped a beat, what just happened? She probably just hung up or her phone died. I brushed off the feeling and walked to the bathroom to take a shower and relieve some stress.

I had been in the shower for over an hour and decided to get out and go on with the rest of my day. I grabbed my phone and felt it start to buzz I had 16 missed calls from Matthew and 14 from Jade.

I answered hearing that familiar high pitched voice from the other end of the line.

"C-Cameron." she was crying. Why?

"What's wrong?"

"she's n-not okay, Cameron s-she's really hurt."

"W-What do you mean she's hurt?" My voice cracking as every word fell from my lips.

"A d-drunk driver swerved into her line and they had a major collision." Loud sobs coming from the other end.

My world came crashing down in front of me. This was a dream. This can't be happening, not now. My chest tightened as I screamed, tears flooding my face.

I can't loose the girl I love, not now, not ever.

I ended the call and ran outside getting in my car and driving down to the hospital. I screamed and cried as I drove, everything seemed to take so long.

I ran inside the big building running to the desk and asking where Jen was. I ran to room 116 seeing Jade and Matthew layed infront of the door crying.

I fell to my knees, the girl I love could possibly end up being taken forever. I can't function without her. I said I would never let anything hurt her. The promise running through my mind as I let out loud sobs.

I felt a pair of little arms wrap around me as I looked to see Jades tear stained face. She hugged me tightly and cried, I couldn't help but let the tears fall.

After 2 hours of crying and dozing off to sleep once in a while we heard the doctor come out the room and ask to speak with us. He brought Jade and I back leaving Matthew waiting by the door.

"Well she's better but still needs major surgeries. She's cracked 3 ribs and has broken her wrist. There may be more complications that we haven't found yet, these are just some of the minor ones." He said.

I was relived to know she was okay but I know these are painful things. The doctor told us about some of the procedures they may have to do on her.

"Are we aloud to see her?" Jade asked.

"She's heavily medicated right now but if she wakes up and she's stable enough we'll let ya'll see her." He smiled slightly.

We walked back into a waiting room and sat down, we saw Matthew approach and he seemed like something was wrong. I wanted to ask about it but I was to worried about Jen.

I felt slightly lightheaded and saw that the room was becoming darker as I slowly drifted off to sleep.
