Have We Felt it?

"Music is all around us, all you have to do is listen." -August Rush

In our gospel for today, Jesus is wooing the cities of Chorazin and Bethsaida for He performed a lot of miracles there, yet, they (the people) took for granted the said opportunity of having Jesus who stood on their midst.

Upon realizing this, I realized the times where I went so proud with myself. The times where I talked disdainfully with my mom yet some people never experienced the touch of a mother. The times where I took for granted my studies yet many people wants to go to school but they couldn't. Most especially when I went lazy yet many people suffer from heartbreaks, abortion, sickness, poverty and doubt.

For many a times, we usually hear the music of the self and we lose hearing of the voice of God who overwhelms and transforms us. On our shortcomings we ask the Lord to empty ourselves that He may complete us. Furthermore, we may have the delight of heaven here on earth. Amen.
