[Yukino]

Yukino and Rogue walked in silence to the train station. It was super awkward and Yukino knew it would get even more unbearable on the train. Oh yeah, he'll have motion sickness as well... that will be weird too...

Rogue just kept saying pessimistic things like: "Ew, the sun is out." And "Why is everyone happy? Our planet is literally being gradually destroyed by global warming."

They saw Orga and Rufus along the way, and the two were bickering about something again...more like Rufus was just ignoring Orga's nagging while reading. Lector stopped and asked them about the ruin of the cafe. Orga responded snappily, while Rufus, retained his calm demeanor and said: "In my memory, that did indeed happen. Year X793. August 2nd. 12:44 P.M. Please tell Master Sting that Orga was the sole culprit." He walked away, nose buried in the book, while Orga followed yelling.

"Well, there's another thing for Sting to work on."

They got on the train exceedingly early, and as soon as they got on, Rogue tapped Yukino's arm.

"Psst...Yukino!"

However, Lector and Frosch heard that and glanced at him looking very confused.

"Hey you guys... is it okay if I talk to Yukino alone, just for a minute? Before the train starts moving? Sorry, it's kind of a personal matter..."

"Okay... but be quick!" Lector replied, as Rogue pulled Yukino outside the compartment and slid the door shut.

Rogue was never one with words, so Yukino was surprised too that he wanted to have a private conversation with him. What could it possibly be about?

"Rogue-sama, what did you want to talk to me about?" Yukino asked curiously.

Rogue's suddenly looked really awkward.
"Well, Yukino, this is about Sting. You see, I don't think you've realized his, Uh, feelings for you."

"What do you mean? He knows I consider him a friend. He doesn't think I'm angry at him does he?"

"Well," Rogue said, starting to fiddle with his hands, his social anxiety obviously present, "He likes you more than a friend. Like he loves you. A lot. And you've kind of been oblivious to it."

UM WHAT?! Did Rogue-sama really just say that? He has to be joking!

Yukino was completely speechless, and blushed a deep red, her jaw hanging wide open. Rogue, as if reading her mind, said: "He really does, I think everyone in the guild knows but you. Remember the time when he got that huge bouquet of flowers for no reason? That was for you, not me. He chickened out and then I had roses on my desk for a week. And also, some days ago, Lector heard him say in his sleep that he wanted to marry you, the girl of his dreams..."

"Rogue-sama, may I confide in you? I like Sting more than a friend too... It's just he's so brave, and strong, and I'm so weak and uncertain, he can't possibly want to be with me. I would be a burden to him."

"Yukino, first of all, you are not a burden. No matter how laid-back Sting seems right now, he's really just going through some emotional things. As his close friend, I want him to be happy, as well as you. Just trust me on this. Please. Also, do not tell him about this. He will be really mad that I both knew and told you. Lector and I have a plan."

"Now. I. Have. To. Leave." Rogue said looking extremely angsty and terrified of talking.

Without another word, Rogue turned and headed back into the compartment, leaving Yukino in pure shock. The train began to speed up and she heard Rogue immediately become ill and fall onto the seat. She sat down, and Rogue abruptly threw up out the window.

"Sorry..." Rogue gasped weakly. He still dropped unconscious a moment later.

Lector and Frosch went over to Yukino and began to sleep on her lap. They started snoring adorably in sync.

Yukino closed her eyes too.

I just need time to think, she thought.
Meanwhile, I think I should ask Lucy-sama for advice...
