chap 18- sweet times

Swara opened her eyes slowly. She found laksh and ragini standing with a wheelchair.
Laksh: ufff... ye moti ko le jana padega wheel chair se... kamar toot jani hai meri.
Swara: only if i was alright na... i would have broken your teeth by now.
Suddenly laksh screamed in pain. Ap was pulling his ear.
Ap: if you tease her again na... i will break your teeth by myself.

Swara, with the help of ragini and laksh sat in the car. Dp was driving. He turned the car.
Swara: but sir... this is not the way to my home...
Dp: this is the way to your home only. The place where everyone loves you.
Ap patted her head.
Ap: you ll stay with us. And once you get fine na... i want to see you as my daughter in law.
Even in that weakness swara's face turned red.
Ap: sanskar is elder brother na... so he ll get married first. After that you have to help me with laksh's wedding na...
Swara blushed harder along with ragini. Ap kissed her forehead.

Swara entered maheshwari mansion with support of ragini. Her eyes were trying to find sanskar. Suddenly he heard a voice. ARE ARE BHAIYA... WAHA NHI.. WOH FOOL SWARA K ROOM ME JAYENGE
Swara looked at the direction and found sanskar giving orders to servants. He looked at swara.
Sanskar: ma... swara's room is ready.
Sujata too came out from the room.
Sujata: swara ... your luggage has been shifted here. Now no need to go there. You will stay here only.
Sujata came near swara.
Sujata: beta... just get well soon. We have to go now. Flight is there in 3 hours.
She hugged her goodbye.

Swara entered the room. It was decorated with lots of soft toys and creative pieces. Swara's lips widened with smile.
Ragini: bilkul tumhari pasand ka hai na...
Swara nodded. She looked at the bed. It was covered with a pink and blue bedsheet.
Sanskar: thx ragu for sharing the secrets.
Swara looked at sanskar. She then looked at a photoframe placed besides her side table. She picked it up. It was of her mom...sharmishtha. Her eyes welled up. A tear rolled down her eyes. Ap patted her head.
Ap: change your clothes beta. This is your home only.
Swara nodded.

After sometimes...
Swara was sitting on bed. Ragini was trying to make her drink soup but she was refusing. Sanskar entered the room.
Ragini: dekhiye na bhaiya.. she is not drinking soup.
Sanskar smiled. He signed ragini to move out. He came near swara.
Swara: dekhiye ....
Sanskar: chupp...
He took spoonful of soup.
Sanskar: if you dont drink then i ll not talk to you for 3 days...
Swara: 3...
Sanskar: 4 days...
Swara: 4...
Sanskar: 1 week...
Swara: are are ... i am having na... this soup is very tastyy....
Sanskar smiled. After finishing the soup she looked at sanskar.
Swara: acha tell me... you have decorated this room by yourself na...
Sanskar: you liked it?
Swara: loved it...
Sanskar looked at the door.
Sanskar: can i close that?
Swara: sir... what will uncle aunty say?
Sanskar: they have slept... it's already 11.
Swara lowered her eyegaze. Sanskar stood up and closed the door. For the first time they were alone in a closed room. He looked at swara.
Sanskar: dont worry swara... trust me.
Swara smiled. Sanskar came near her. He switched off the lights. The only light was of moon coming from window.
Sanskar took her hand in between his. He pressed it a little.
Swara: sir....
Sanskar: do you have any problem to say my name?
Swara: noo...
Sanskar: then say...
Swara: san.... sanskar...
Sanskar smiled a little. He tucked her hair behind her ears. He kissed her forehead lightly.
Sanskar: i love you a lot swara....
Swara: i love you too...
Sanskar kissed her cheeks. He wanted to kiss her lips badly. But he knew she was weak. All she need was a lot of care and lots of love now. He looked at her eyes. They were heavy. He made her lie down on the bed.
Sanskar: i should go now...
He looked at swara whose eyes were on the verge of closing. He stood up but found a soft grip on his hand. It was swara who was holding his hand in a drowsy state.
Swara: please... dont leave me...
Sanskar sat near swara. He knew she was in an intoxicated state due to heavy meadicines.
Sanskar: i wont... ever...
Swara: you know sir... i have bear everything with a strong face till now in my life. But i dont know why if you try to leave me na... i think i will be destroyed.
Sanskar kept a finger on her lips. He put his hand over her eyes.
Sanskar: dont think all this haa. Sleep swara... you need sleep.
There wasn't any reply. He removed the hand from her eyes. She was in a deep slumber. Sanskar bent and kissed her forehead. He kept her hand on her belly. He took a last look of swara and left from there. He was not feeling like to sleep. So he went to the terrace. He sat on the swing.
Sanskar(monologue): how can she love me so much. She who never got love in her entire life has taught me to love. How is she so pure.
A smile ran on his lips. He wanted swara to be with him right now. But she was asleep. But he wanted to see her badly. He almost ran towards her room. He opened the door slowly. Moonlight was falling on his swara's face. He looked at her lovingly. Swara suddenly winced in her sleep. She opened her eyes slowly.
Swara: sir... you didn't sleep?
Sanskar smiled in reply.
Sanskar: what happened?
Swara: nothing...
But her expressions were saying different things.
Sanskar: i know what nothing means.
Swara: nah... just a little headache..
Sanskar put his hand over her forehead. He began to massage her head.
Swara: leave... its ok...
Sanskar: shhh... just take rest... i am here for you na.
Swara's eyes felt warm tears building up in them. Never in her life she had felt this care. A drop of tear escaped from her eyes. Sanskar understood the situation.
Sanskar: shhh... dont cry. Now be prepared for this your entire life.
Swara smiled a little.
Sanskar: and see the way you sleep. Ekdum simat kr. At least relax your body.
Swara: i have slept like this only. I had noone to cuddle.
Sanskar felt bad for her state. But her next words were enough to widen his eyes
Swara: sir... can you please cuddle with me? I just want to know what it feels like.
Sanskar gave a wide smile. He lie down beside swara. He kept swara's head over his shoulders and looked at her. The warmth of another body to swara was a lot of comforting to her. She closed her eyes. With a smile on her face even she didn't know when she slept.
