The past 9 months have been the busiest I've ever experienced. On the 17th of September, a beautiful baby girl came into this world. It's been three months since I've had her and even though it's been stressful, I've never been so happy. Of course, I would've been happier to have Yugyeom by my side.

Over these 9 months, both Yugyeom and I have been too busy to contact each other as often as we'd hoped. Even so, we both understand. He was busy with his final exams and graduating college and of course being a new mum, its unimaginable how busy I was. Well...am.

Still, I haven't told him. Every time we've spoken he just seems so happy and content with his life that I don't want to freak him out. Yet, I feel like he's not telling me something. But who am I to talk? He doesn't even know he's a dad.

For a few weeks, after Yugyeom left for London, I was in such a bad state. The only person I could talk to was my mum. I knew she would help me but I was terrified about telling her. Thankfully though, after being a young mum herself, she understood how I felt...After giving me the longest lecture and basically beating me up through the phone.

That same week, she surprised me at home and promised to help me with everything. From emotional support to going to birthing classes and to getting a room and cute little clothes ready for the baby. If it wasn't for her, I think my life would've been over.

"Jia ya, it's been three months since you've had your baby girl and you still haven't named her." She says as we both sit together on the couch, folding the never ending pile of baby clothes.

"I know mum, but I want both Yugyeom and I to name her."

"That would mean telling him hun."

I sigh, "I will, I will. But I just don't know when or how." I look down in guilt, regretting letting him leave that day.

I wish I told him then and there. We would've gotten through everything together, even if it meant him not graduating. But I couldn't do that to him. He was working too hard for me to have just thrown this in his face.

"Well, let's figure something out tomorrow since you've got the week off, and today let's focus on giving you the best 18th birthday!"

"Awww thanks mum! But you know it won't be the best without Yugyeom here."

"Then let's FaceTime him!"

"Good idea! But hide all the baby clothes and I'll just put her to sleep."

After putting my baby to sleep, we get ready to FaceTime Yugyeom.

He picks up straight away, "YUGYEOMIEEEEE!"

"JIA YAAA! Annyeong eomma-nim!"

"Annyeong Yugyeom ah!"

"Happy 18th birthday my beautiful girl! I'm sorry I can't be there with you, I'm just so busy at the moment."

"Thank you oppa! Are you still not gonna tell me what you've been so busy doing?"

"I can't babe but once everything is sorted I promise that you'll be so proud of me!" I look down in disappointment but quickly put on a smile since I'm no better with secrets.

"What are you doing right now?" He asks.

"I just put the ba-."

Aishhh!

"-she just made some bap (rice) a-and kimchi jjigae." My mum interrupts before I could say anything else.

"Ooo enjoy your meal Jia ya! Home cooked meals are the best for birthdays! I wish I could be there with you."

The doorbell suddenly rings.

"One sec oppa, let me just get the door. It's probably my delivery."

I rush over to the door so I can quickly return to my Yugy. But at that moment, I regret opening it.

"JIA YAAAAA! SURPRISEEEE!!!"

My heart suddenly drops. Not only Yugyeom came to surprise me but all the oppas did. I start to panic but all I do is freeze. My mind goes blank and I don't know what to do. All the oppas excitedly hug me one by one, leaving Yugyeom last. They all invite themselves in with bags full of snacks and party decorations.

Yugyeom stands in the doorway, looking at me with loving eyes that say 'I've missed you.' I watch the oppas make themselves at home while my mum stands there frozen, like me, not knowing what to do.

They start to take out all the snacks when Jinyoung notices the pile of baby clothes in the corner. He nudges Jackson, making him look in the same direction before they notice the baby toys in the other corner of the room. By this time all the other oppas have noticed too. I look down and before I can say anything, they slowly turn to me.

"Guys look..." Mark faintly says. They all turn back to see a soundly sleeping baby behind my mum who's been trying to cover her. Tears starting to fill my eyes, I look up to see 6 pairs of eyes on me. They all stare at me, speechless.

At seeing the expressions on his hyungs' faces, Yugyeom's smile turns into worry.

"What? Why do you all look like that?" I turn around to finally face Yugyeom. Tears stain my face once again, but he can't seem to figure out why.

Not long after, a little cry fills the room.

"J-Jia what was that?" He asks with disbelief written on his face. I let out all my tears, feeling nothing but guilt that's been building up for the past 9 months.

I rush over to my baby girl and take her in my arms. I gently rock her and hum a soft melody to calm her down. Realising it's one of their songs, the oppas warmly smile at the sight.

Yugyeom finally walks in and slowly makes his way towards his baby and I.

"Jia ya. W-Who's baby is this?"

"Yugyeom, I-."

"-Jia ya..." He fails to get out any other words.

"Boys, let's leave them to talk..." My mum gestures for everyone to give us some space. All the oppas can't believe their eyes and as they walk out the door, they still can't help but stare.

"Ya, the babies had a baby..." Jackson whispers in excitement to the rest of the boys before the door finally shuts.

"Jia ya...is she-? Is he-?" He covers his mouth and starts pacing around the room.

I let him pace around a little more before he turns back to look at the baby. I decide to just go for it.

"Oppa...It's a girl..."

"..." He stares at the precious baby girl in my arms.

"And she's yours. This is your daughter...this is our daughter..."
