(Time skip - few days)
7 in the morning at Mal and Evie's dorm.
"M, you sure that you're okay?" Evie asked because her best friend has just jumped out of her bed and ran to the bathroom to vomit.
"Yeah, I'm fine!" Mal barely managed to say between her vomiting.
"I don't think so, you threw up again. It's your 4th morning in a row."
"Maybe I just got the flu." the purple-haired girl said still staying in the bathroom.
"Or maybe..."
"Evie, I'm not pregnant!"
"Have you checked?"
"No, but..."
"This is what I thought, now go and get a pregnancy test."
"What?! If I go there are going to be rumors all over Auradon!" Mal said coming out of the bathroom.
"Fine, I'll go."
"Wait, we must change you a bit." the purple-haired girl said. "Make it easy - change her look,
make her look like someone from a book."Evie's new look
⬇"Mal! What have you and Ben agreed on about spells?"
"I use them in emergency situations."
"Then," Evie said pointing at her now blonde hair.
"This is an emergency! Now, there's a pharmacy 10 minutes away from here. Go!"
Evie sighed but went outside of the room.
Soon after that, she came back. The girl was about to open the door when someone said her name.
"Oh, Lonnie, Hi! What are you doing here?"
"We're neighbors, remember?"
"Oh, yea. I forgot."
"So what have you been doing?"
"Nothing special just went to buy some groceries."
"At half-past seven in the morning, on Saturday?"
"Yeah, there are no people, so I can go and buy stuff faster."
"Aha." Lonnie slightly nodded her head, not knowing what else to say. "Oh, what about the blond hair?"
"Just decided to try a new look, but it's not my favorite."
"Oh good, see you around."
"See you." then Evie opened the door and rushed inside. "Hey M, I got them." and she passed her the bag she was holding.
"E, I needed one, those are like 25."
"27 to be exact. But they were on sale!"
"Okay... I'll just take one and prove that I'm not pregnant!"
"Sure you're not." the blue-haired girl said thinking the exact opposite.
Mal was already in the bathroom when Evie suddenly heard a knock on the door. She stayed quiet. The knock was repeated but this time louder. "Come in." Evie said.
Jane and Lonnie appeared. "Hi, guys! Oh, where's Mal?" Jane asked.
"S...she's in the bathroom. Why?"
"Um, cause I checked and the grocery store is closed till 9," Lonnie said.
"Evie, we are your friends! You can tell us what's going on!"
"Okay, fine..." Evie was just about to start telling the truth when Mal came out of the bathroom staring at the pregnancy test and walking in a circle.
"No, no, no. This is not happening! This should not be happening!" then she saw Jane and Lonnie. "Oh, hi guys! How are you doing?"
"That's a pregnancy test, isn't it?"
"Maybe, " Mal said.
"And I won't be wrong if I say it's positive. Right?" Lonnie asked.
The purple-haired girl took a deep breath. "Yes."
"Oh M, that is amazing news! I'm so happy for you!" Evie said hugging her best friend.
"No E, it's not! Ben and I are 17! 17! We haven't graduated yet! How are we going to be able to raise a child if we can't look after ourselves? Plus my mother is the worst villain on the land, I never had a good role model, I'm going to screw up this child's life!" Mal said in tears.
"No, you won't cause you have us, we are going to help you. And it doesn't matter who your mother is." Lonnie told the purple-haired girl.
"Yeah, you're an amazingly smart, funny and good person. You are going to be a great mom." Jane joined Lonnie.
"Thanks, guys."
"And you know, if you need something I'll always be in the space between." Evie said.
Mal smiled a bit. "But this should not exit the room, right?"
"Yeah, don't worry we'll keep it a secret for now."
"You're the best." then there was a group hug.
"M, will you change my hair back to normal?" Evie's question broke the silence.
"Yeah, sure."
