Everything seemed to be finally fine. Mal was getting married tomorrow, Uma and the other VKs were finally in Auradon, Lonnie came back and even fit in the bridesmaid dress Evie made her, Evie herself was now engaged to Doug and Carlos this time succeed to ask Jane to be his date for the wedding (even without asking Mal for a truth gummy). But Mal was not really sure if it was going to stay like this for long 'cause she decided to ask her mom if she wants to come to the wedding. She went to Auradon's prison and found her mother's cell.

"Hi mom, I was wondering if you would like to be on my wedding tomorrow, " the purple-haired girl asked.

"You mean seeing how you wear a fancy dress, pretending to be perfect, then to marry an idiot and be crowned queen of Auradon. Nah, I have much more interesting stuff to do like to watch the ceiling of my cell. Why would you think that I'll come to watch such a disgrace like you?"

"Maybe, because I'm your daughter, and sometimes I need support and because I have feelings I want you to be happy for me that I found my happily ever after, but it looks like you won't." Mal barely managed to finish her statement and started crying.

"Dragons don't cry!"

"No, they do!" the girl said and left the prison still crying.

                        ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
She was going straight to Evie's house. Evie was the only person who knew how to always calm down Mal. She knocked at the door. No answer. She knocked again. Again no answer. "Ugh, looks like I'll have to use a spell
Make it easy, make it quick open up without a kick." She got inside and saw her best friend with headphones sketching something and singing:
"Because I'm happy...
-Come along if you feel like a room without a roof
-Clap along if you feel like happiness is the truth"
"Hey, happy girl!"
Evie looked up from the sketch she was making and saw the purple-haired girl. "Mal! You spelled the door, didn't you? And what if Doug and I were... doing you know what."
"I took the risk, plus I need a sister therapy right now!"
"What Ben did this time?" Evie asked.
"It's not Ben."
"It's not? Then who?"
"My mom."
"Oh, we'll need chocolate milk for this. I'll quickly make some!" the blue-haired girl said and went to the kitchen. Soon after that, she was ready with the drinks and sat next to Mal, who was now on the couch. "So, now, what she did?"
"I asked her if she wants to be on the wedding, but she said no and that I'm a disgrace and other stuff
"I asked her if she wants to be on the wedding, but she said no and that I'm a disgrace and other stuff."
"M, you are not a disgrace and if your mother can't see that you're an amazing person then she does not deserve to be your mother!"
"I can't believe I stopped Ben from killing her! And know this sounds awful, but I wish she didn't exist."
"Oh, M, I'm so sorry, but don't wish she didn't exist, because you won't be you without her." Evie hugged Mal. "And just remember to knock on the door not spell it." she joked. The purple-haired girl smiled.
"Thanks, E, and for the door situation, do you remember that a week ago someone - Evie got into my bedroom at 3 in the morning to ask me if I would like some blue on my wedding dress." she said coughing between the name of her best friend. Evie laughed. There was one more hug and then Mal said goodbye to Evie.
