Lately, Darshan had been noticing changes in RIA's behavior. Like she would talk to him but most of the time kept quiet and kept herself aloft, away from him. It felt to him as if she was drifting away from him as if she no more wanted to stay in a relationship. Well, we all know that it happens quite usually that because of one reason or another we give up on relationships. The trust, the bond that we share breaks very easily. Between Darshan and Ria things started to become difficult, they had just been in a relationship but they started to lose the strands. They sort of started to drift apart.
While all of this was going on our most favorite group, who had been observing the couple from the past few weeks decided to break the ice between the two and get things right. They decided to do something on Valentine's Day, they had vowed not to let the surprise out to anyone.
Soon came the most-awaited, Valentine's Day, by now being helpless and not getting any support from his friends, Darshan decide to fix things between him and Ria.
It was Valentine's Day and the school had thrown a party for the senior kids at the hall by 7:00 pm in the evening. It was home time and Darshan had been waiting for his friends at the school gate. Well, his friends could not go home at this hour as they had to do extra preparations, so they were looking for excuses to tell Darshan.
While Darshan was waiting for his friends at the school gate, he saw Ria with someone, holding hands in hands and walking past a sweet shop, he decided to follow them but he couldn't because he was waiting for his friends and let me tell you for him his friends were the most important thing on this planet, well maybe after his parents.
As he was busy staring at Ria and the guy, someone patted him on his shoulder, he turned back with a jolt and it was none other than Rohan. "Man, you scared me", said Darshan, terrified. "Oh, sorry brother, I just came by to tell you, that we are detained by the Princy (Principal) and she won't let us go home. So I think you will have to go alone only" replied Rohan. "What? No way, I am not leaving you all here, alone" Darshan said sternly. "Bro, understand please, go get ready for the party and meet us here, we are not going anywhere," said Rohan trying to make him understand. "Ok but, only because you said so. Bye " Darshan said and was about to leave, when Rohan asked, "Achcha listen, I have heard that 'only those get startled who do something wrong' What were you doing?". To this Darshan was all quite and left the place without saying anything. Rohan ignored his reaction and thought that he must be nervous for tonight, after all, it is Valentine's Day.
He returned back to where the girls were decorating the room and playing songs. After an hour of hard work, they were done and now they were departing to their homes and it was just one hour to the party. They quickly reached their homes and dressed themselves up. When almost everyone was ready Kritika received a video call from Kayna, who was in her pajamas. As Kritika was getting ready, Darshan picked up her phone, "Hey, you aren't ready till now? Kayna we will get late" "I know, I know Darsh, just pass this phone over to Kritz. I don't know what to wear" said Kayna quickly. "Hey Kayna, What are you doing? Where whatever you want? Why are you wasting so much time? You don't even have a boyfriend, whom you want to impress. Wear something and get done with it girl" said Kritika, jokingly. "Listen, don't joke around. Tell me quickly" said Kayna, in an irritated voice. "Wear anything, whatever you want. We are coming to pick you up. Get ready quickly" and they disconnected the call.
