I woke up immediately, as the alarm clock went off! Beep, Beep

Finally making my way out of the bed, I reached out to my window, and drew the curtains, uncovering a beautiful, grey sky. As soon as I opened my door to the balcony and made my way to the balcony, a gush of cold wind brushed through my face. I stood there for almost ten minutes, until my very own neighbor, Mrs. Smith, shot out from her balcony and squeaked in a 'Good Morning'. I immediately chipped in, a 'Good Morning' as well, and then reality hit me hard and I realized, I had a college to attend. Maybe it was the last year, and did really matter a lot, I had never been interested and almost was all times gloomy. It was about three years, already, since I moved out of India and settled, in London. However, their space could never be filled. We would have conversations sometimes, but it was not like old times, it was really awkward and then we would immediately hang up.

It had been three years, all of us were in college, except for Darshan, he had become a heartthrob of the entire nation. Well we cant say that life for him had been easy, he had his own struggles. From Raw Star, to singing in the Bollywood, he had had his own journey.

Within minutes, I was ready, with a pair of jeans, and a cream coloured crop top and sneakers to pair it with. I had my hair tied up in a pony and looked nothing less than a proper student. I added a bit of eyeliner, along with some mascara, and after a final check of my appearance in the mirror, made my way through the kitchen.

My apartment was much of a small, affordable place, which was situated on the west side of London. It was a small, comfortable apartment and happily, I was the only one, staying in it. Since, I was small, I have loved staying alone, not because I am gloomy or sad or depressed. I just like it that way. I feel more comfortable, alone. This place has a bedroom, a bathroom attached to it, a kitchen, a balcony and a living room. Pretty much of an ideal apartment. Well, I actually chose this place, because it was closer to Oxford University, my university. It was right on the Catte Street and the university was almost about a two minutes distance from here. Finally, it is called 'Central Backpackers Oxford'.

Since, I had moved in, Mrs. Smith had been extremely, polite and humble and always made me feel at home. I didn't always miss my parents and home because of her presence. She filled their void space here. But, no one could ever fill my friends, 'my clan's' space. It was difficult living here all alone. But, aye, life is never easy.
