As Sage stood there, his Frontlines jacket left dangling down by the back of his ankles, the gentle wind of Jistilen causing the material to ripple ever so slightly, his weapons hidden underneath his clothing "How are you settling into the assault squad?" Natalia asks the swordsman softly, a cup of coffee nestled in her hand tightly "The team are kind. The sharp-shooter is the kindest though." Sage responds, describing Levi in a way not many people do "Levi? The kindest? Are you okay?" Natalia asks in concern as she leans forwards, Sage nods and leans back "Yeah, We work well together." He murmurs, his hand moving to his jaw before returning them back to his jacket pockets "What's the story with him?" Sage asks, Shock washing over Natalia's face before she nods and sits upright now.
"it all goes back to when Levi was a young boy. He never knew his real parents and never connected with people properly, hence why I was shocked when you described him as the kindest of the group. He's constantly seen with a deadpan look and doesn't like to show emotions a lot. The only person... thing... that Levi really connects with is the demon trapped in his sniper-" she begins to explain before being cut off by Sage nodding and humming "Meliora." He says, earning a shocked noise from Natalia "How... do you..?" She asks, Sage leaning forward and stroking his chin in thought "I can communicate with Meliora due to her being a demon." Sage replies before gesturing to Natalia "Continue." He says, the Governor nodding and clearing her throat "Levi connects with Meliora, explaining why he's the only one able to hold the sniper. When the frontlines found Levi, he was but a small boy struggling to eat, struggling to deal with life. He was given a chance for a new family, adopted by the Murray family, though he doesn't show it, It's obvious he cares for them as if they were indeed his real family. It wasn't until we found Hugo Jeffrey that we decided to form the Assault squad. Four strong willed contracted killers with unique abilities and extraordinary skills. Levi fit in perfectly with them. It's been years now and Levi cares for the squad as if they were his own family, he doesn't show it like he doesn't with the adopted one but he loves them." She explains, sage squinting as he nods "Sounds like he had it pretty rough." He murmurs, receiving an agreeing nod from Natalia "Well, it seems like you get on well with your squad. So I'll leave you to it." She says as she stands, she offers out her hand to Sage who shakes it and nods "It's been a pleasure, Governor Falit." He smiles before turning and walking away, the wind blowing his long jacket to the side.
Elsewhere, Levi sat atop a train, like he had done on his first mission with Sage, his hands clasped together in his lap, his eyes closed and Meliora rested in his lap "Sitting on top of a moving train. I wonder who you got that from." Sage smiles as he climbs on top of the train and sits opposite Levi who rolls his eyes "It calms me." Levi replies bluntly, Sage's brows furrowing as he looks to Meliora "Wait." Sage mumbles before standing, a shine sparkling in the sky, Blue flames erupt around Sage's body, spiralling around his limbs as his pupils slit, scales form underneath his eyes and claws emerge from the tips of his fingers, a heartfelt roar escaping his mouth as he catches the spear he's pushed off of the train and into the ground, blue flames erupting from his mouth as he struggles to hold the spear "Sage!" Levi shouts as the train comes to a grinding halt, Hugo, Amanda and Balthazar sprint out of the carriage and run towards Sage.
As their eyes fall on the blue flame engulfed swordsman, the spear clenched tightly in his right hand as sapphire blue napalm dropped out of his mouth like saliva, the scales on his face prominent, his slit pupils concentrated on the ground as he stood upright, civilians beginning to exit the train in a hurry, concerned about what had happened. The owner of the spear, a small brown haired female stood on top of the stopped train "It's been a while. Kageyama." The female hums.

As I stand there, holding the spear used by the brunette in front of me, wrath swirling around in my stomach as Blue napalm drips down from my mouth off of my chin and on to the ground, burning the grass to a crisp "You... don't... get... to USE THAT NAME!" I shout as blue flames erupt around my body I dash towards her, grabbing her neck I throw her into the ground, dragon wings forming on my back I roar at her "I thought you was dead!" She shouts as she jumps back up to her feet I clench my jaw and growl lowly "You spent three thousand years grieving Amelia. I wasn't going to wait around forever." I growl, the feelings of grief and wrath flowing through me like my blood "So you moved to a neutral world... what happened to the demon you use to be..." she growls back, looking to Levi who's staring with dilated pupils "I was never a demon. You just thought I was." I growl.

It was unusual to see Sage so angry, In the few days the assault squad had gotten to know him he always seemed like a easy-going Guy, someone who doesn't take things seriously but what he looked like now sent chills down Levi's spine, the blue napalm that leaked down his jaw and dripped onto the ground, scales prominent and his fangs hung out of his mouth "What... is he?" Hugo whispers as he stares at Sage "An exiled Bealayion." Governor Natalia murmurs as she steps beside the four contracted killers "Sage Kageyama, the demon dragon, the azure swordsman, The Ender Of worlds." She continues as she walks towards Sage who's panting heavily, his wrath shining brighter than the sun itself "Let me ask you what he asked me when he applied. Would you rather have the demon dragon in your ranks or go against him." She says as she reaches for Sage's shoulder, withstanding the fire she places her hand on him and like the light of a candle being blow out, his blue flames vanish "Absolute cancel.." she murmurs, Sage's eyes widening slightly as he stares at the ground "You should calm down. Your apart of the assault squad now, your not a solo swordsman." She mumbles earning a grunt of agreement he leans down "Arrest her..." he whispers o Natalia who nods and gestures for the assault squad to arrest the brunette.
Levi had his eyes glued to Sage, the fiery demon dragon pacing back and fourth showing some form of anger mixed with concern, his hands gripping the material of his jacket as he watches Natalia interrogate Amelia, the brown haired Silkian staring at the one way window, where Sage is currently stood, his azure eyes closing as he leans back "I knew you was a Bealayion but the demon dragon." Levi says finally as he leans back against the desk, Sage spins around immediately with furrowed brows, anger plastered across his face "If I had told you I was the demon dragon there was a good chance you would've rejected me." He grumbles, the sharp-shooter jumping to his feet as he approaches the swordsman "And that chance isn't greater now that you lied to us!" Levi shouts at Sage, the other three assault members looking over in shock at Levi's sudden outburst "I have my reasons Levi." Sage responds sternly before turning his attention back to Amelia "What are they then." He replies bluntly, Sage Looking down briefly then back up at Amelia and Natalia "I don't need to explain myself to you." He growls before turning and exiting the room.
