Sage's PoV
Smiling as I rest my forehead against the gravestone of Ethan, my smile fades as something metal connects with the back of my head "You imbecile! Your meant to be working!" Falling flat on my chest I smash my forehead against the gravestone before Dior grabs my shirt collar and drags me out of the graveyard "I was visiting Ethan Dior!" I groan hearing her scoff she looks down at me with furrowed brows "You can visit Ethan after you've avenged the death of him. At least then he can rest in peace!" She retaliates, staring at her I smile slightly before pulling myself up to my feet using her forearm as a grip "you can stop forcefully dragging me out now Dior. Thanks for caring" I smile as I pat the side of her head I knock my own against hers before walking towards my office "Whatever..." she murmurs, trying to hold her tough exterior.

Juanita was growing restless. It had been a while since she had seen any sign of Sage at all and it was beginning to piss her off. She sent him the decapitated head of his friend - surely he'd be furious and demanding a fight. And yet here She sat with her head rested on her knuckles, a look of boredom plastered across her face as she watches her underlings sharpen their weapons and prepare for any form of battle.
It was true - all she wanted was for him to join her - marry her rather... it would mean immense power and impeccable status, not only that though - the swordsman was a sight for sore eyes, he was dashing enough to be at her side. Despite her very high standards, Sage soared above them like a grateful Phoenix out of the pits of hell and she loved it. But he has to insist of the 'greater good', helping those weaklings with defending the galactic nation, protecting the worthless civilians that live comfortably and happily in their perfect warm homes with their loving families. And don't even get him started on this new love rival or whatever, A person that Sage wants to protect even if it means giving up his own life, that should quite clearly be her but it's not! It's not and it's not fair!
Sage however lied in his office on the ground, Lucinda balancing on his forehead due to his boredom, he hated paperwork so having his intellectual soldiers here to help him was easier. As his sword hit the ground when he was caught off guard by the door of his office swinging open revealing the Assault Squad who look around and then down at he ground at Sage "Very General-like..." Amanda murmurs, Hugo shooting a glare at her "General Kageya-" He begins as he clears his throat Sage holds his hand up "Sage." He says sternly, Hugo shifting uneasily before nodding "Sage... we've been given orders to deal with a mission in Ridgewell." He continues, inhaling Sage stands lifting Lucinda with him, his soldiers come to attention as the swordsman stretches "Yeah sure, but who gave the orders?" He asks in response, a skeptical tone to his voice "Governor Bull, Sir." Hugo says, scratching his jaw he hums slightly "Hm... okay well make sure your back as soon as possible, also be careful, the danger level has skyrocketed since Juanita revealed herself - don't get into trouble. And good look on the mission!" Sage beams as he throws them a thumbs up, they laugh slightly, aside from Levi who still remains stood in the office.
Sage started at Levi with furrowed brows before raising his hand "Take a twenty minute break. Clear out of here now." Sage says sternly despite his usually chilled attitude whilst doing paperwork, the soldiers quickly evacuated the room to have their twenty minute break but also knowing the relationship between the two "I was being serious. You have to be careful out there it's worse than what it was before." Sage says suddenly, Levi closing his eyes and clenching his hands into fists "You think I don't know that. So what now that your general you get to look down at me!" He shouts completely shocking Sage who steps back slightly "Of course not.. I...- oh.. oh your still mad at me. That I left - that I retired to the countryside." Sage begins, Levi's eyes widening ever so slightly, sage leans forward and grabs Levi's shoulder "I troubled you all with my past. And now more is back to haunt me. Not only me but the rest of the galactic nation though. I can't look back on this one because she's out to get everyone. It's true I was hoping to have been left at peace on that planet - but I would have rather had you there with me. I just don't want you to get hurt, especially not by me." Sage growls, Levi starting at him as the marksman grips Sage's metal forearm "You can't..." Levi begins to whisper, the swordsman leaning forward slightly "What...?" Sage asks in confusion and curiosity, Hearing Levi whisper something else, sage repeats his question "I said... You can't hold all that pressure all by yourself idiot!" He shouts as he punches sage, the raven haired dragon falls back slightly, the bodyguards rushing inside until Sage raises his hand "It's fine." He grumbles.
As Sage recovered from Levi's punch, he placed his hand on the marksman's head lightly, a small smile spreading across his face "I know you care about me Levi. You just won't admit it out loud. I'm sorry for leaving so suddenly." Sage says softly, the marksman avoiding eye contact as he stares at the ground "Yeah whatever it's fine..." he grumbles, his arms folding over his chest, Sage's index moves under the silver head males chin, lifting it so he's facing him "So sulky... little hawk." Sage laughs as he leans in and kisses the smaller male who tended underneath the contact but begins to embrace it - the gesture ending so quickly yet Sage held Levi there to his chest for a little while longer, enjoying the peace and quiet that was about to become a ruckus, the declaration of war almost tipping over for Juanita and the frontlines Galactic Nation... sage stood there with Levi's head pressed to his chest, the swordsman's arms around the marksman's shoulders protectively yet softly, the warm embrace loving despite the serious and stone cold look in Sage's as he stares at the setting sun of Jistilen.
