The room was silent after Sage stormed out, Levi had his fists clenched at his side, his brows furrowed and his eyes glued to where Sage was just stood "Levi..?" Amanda asks as she approaches the sharp-shooter, it was like a lightning flash when he threw his fist into the wall, shattering the concrete with ease using the strength Meliora lends him "You don't wreck trust like that. He could've told us. We aren't the type of people to judge." Levi growls, his usually emotionless voice drenched with anger and sadness "Your showing an unusual amount of emotion..." Balthazar says after realising the overwhelming shock Amanda and Hugo are experiencing for Levi's sudden outburst "That... man... no- that demon... I.." as Levi tried to explain himself, the three contracted killers looked at each other and nodded "you don't have to explain yourself Levi." Hugo says after gaining his composure.

Elsewhere Sage was taking his anger out on a brick wall, his fists engulfed with blue flames as he repeatedly threw them at the concrete "It won't be easy regaining your teammates trust." As Sage looked over his shoulder at Natalia and overwhelming feeling struck his stomach and he almost went back up into flames. The silence passed the both until Sage remembered what Natalia did when they were out in the field "What was that you did to me. 'Absolute cancel'?" He asks as calmly as possible as he turns to face her fully now "Being a Governor and also a Kirkan, I'm able to use enchantments, spells and so on. I cancelled your magic power and it vanished. I couldn't allow you to go out of control." She explains, Sage nodding in response as he folds his arms over his chest he sighs "She's from my past... Amelia Cassidy, my old Rhikasen. We was in the Sylden war together, her family was murdered." Sage explains, the Kirkan nodding as she scratches her jaw "She's being Interrogated by Justin now." She whispers, the swordsman nodding in response he sighs "Dammit why now, I was just starting to fit into the assault squad." He grumbles As he sits down, she shrugs and sits next to him.

It took longer than expected for Sage to make his way back to the assault squad accommodation, his body was subconsciously straining every step he took and he was dreading having to see Levi after the little argument they had over his true identity as the demonic dragon. Of course he thanked Natalia an incredible amount for defending his reasoning for not telling the squad but it still felt as if they all wanted to kill him, however being contracted killers it's only natural they were angry at him.
As he stiffly moved towards the accommodation house, his hands in his jacket pockets, his azure eyes locked in to the kitchen window where he knows they are all sat due to the light being on and the slight chatter he can hear. Everyone's voice prominent apart from Levi's, he knew the sharp-shooter was present due to the specific scent that radiates from him and despite not matching up to his stereotype, Sage grew more anxious the closer he got to the building.

Levi's hand wrapped around the handle of Meliora as he heard someone approaching the building, even though everything kicked off today, the squad remained lighthearted and laughed with each other as if nothing had happened "Now. Onto a more important subject." Hugo says finally, as if the thoughts of Levi were projected out to the other killers, Amanda, Balthazar and Levi immediately turned their attention towards Levi "It is a problem that Sage lied to us but we have no right to judge him because of his species. He was exiled from his own world, you cannot expect him to be very comfortable and trusting about who he is." Hugo explains as calmly as possible, a frustrated sigh escaping his lips as Levi stands, slamming his hands down on the table as he does "He lied to us! You expect us to trust him after that!" The sharp-shooter shouts angrily, his grey eyes blank despite the wrath radiating from him "Yes." Hugo replies shortly, his eyes serious just like his voice "He has a perfect reason for not telling us his true identity. He was kicked off of his own world Levi." He continues, the silver head Male going to speak, he stops after realising just how serious Hugo is taking this "I- you can't..." Levi tries to say but fails miserably, the room dropping a deathly silence as the topic of the conversation enters the accommodation, his azure eyes locked onto the group who are staring "I.. resigned." Sage murmurs.

It's false information, he hasn't resigned, he hasn't spoken to Natalia since the outburst earlier, but as he stared at their faces, resentment, anger, sadness, it was all present in their expressions, Levi stared with much more than that, for a person who usually looks emotionless he currently showed hatred "I resigned. So you can work without holding all that pent up anger. I'm sorry." Sage says after gaining his composure he clears his throat and walks towards the staircase.

Sage packed all of his belongings into a scruffy bag, his weapons laying on the ground in a chronological order he formed, From Lucinda to Omna. Obviously unknown to him, Levi stood in the hallway watching him, the sharp-shooter exhaling as he pushed himself off of the wall and towards the swordsman's room, opening the door with the back of his knuckle he entered uneasily "I know you haven't resigned. So you can stop packing your things like your leaving." Levi hummed, attracting the attention of Sage immediately who drops one of his trademark jackets "I- I was going to resign... I don't want you all to lose focus because you don't trust me." Sage responds, a tad bit stunned by Levi's calm posture "I know I shouldn't blame you but it's hard not too. I have an incredibly Low amount of trust, it's hard to trust people in the universe we live in." He explains as he enters Sage's room more, Meliora slung around his chest like she usually is "What happened to you." Sage says finally, no regret or fear in his voice, as Levi stared at Sage the air in the room stood still "I have no idea where my parents are... I was adop-" He begins to explain his life story to Sage but is cut off by the swordsman who shakes his head "I know. You was adopted by a family when you was found by The Frontlines. What I mean is why do you show a little amount of Emotion. Why is the only thing you trust Meliora." He responds seriously, his voice not falling at all, his azure eyes trained on the silver haired male "Why is this so important to you?" Levi asks, completely swerving the questions thrown at him by Sage "why won't you answer my questions?" Sage retaliates quickly, shocking the sharp-shooter slightly "I answered your question when you first started asking them. I have no idea who my parents are. I have no idea what they were like, what traits I got from them, I didn't grow up knowing the comfort of a mothers embrace, the sternness of a fathers telling off. Do you know how hard that is?" He says seriously, his voice solid and stern, his eyes holding a familiar pain though "yes. I do actually. I was exiled from my own world, an entire world, banished me. My own parents, despised the sight of me. I had no friends, no family.. I had no one. All because I'm a one in the million." Sage replies, Levi's eyes widening slightly as he stares at the swordsman "I tried to be someone else, I tried to be different, be a good son, a good Bealayion, but that wasn't enough. So I came here. After I heard about the Frontlines of Jistilen, the assault squad of different species, it was only natural I wanted to join." He continues as he stands, leaning down to pick Lucinda and Divya up he looks down at them with furrowed brows "I joined this squad. And I didn't want you all to be scared of me. Scared of what I am. Scared of who I become when i let my wrath take over" sage murmurs as he looks down, his hands gripping the handles of his swords tightly, the heaviness of the metal satisfying him despite the tense subject they are discussing "Don't resign." Levi says suddenly, catching the attention of Sage immediately who stared at the silver haired Male "I'm sorry about earlier. Don't resign. It caught me off guard and I was being selfish." He continues, the dark haired swordsman nodding in response he closes his eyes and exhales.
