Epilogue

I've been living in silence and in ice and it satisfied me as person. Being cold to others isn't really my choice but sometimes people will take advantage on it so I left no choice. I also don't want to hurt myself and have regrets  on the future days. Studying at Ryder with unexpected titles is overwhelming. This one of the reason why I enjoyed schooling.

Unang kita ko palang kita sa kanya alam kong may kiliti na akong nararamdaman. She was pure and beautiful. She always amazed me in her small gestures. Her smartness and enthusiastic attitude caught me the first time I saw her.

Her cuteness never ceases me to smile.

As I was waiting for everyone to arrived, napagpasyahan kong manatili na lamang muna sa loob ng room. I looked at my watch, it's still 7 in the morning.

I was playing mobile game ng pumasok si Kaye. Nakayuko lamang ako at hindi na pinansin ang presensya niya.

“Good Morning, Kyle!” she greeted enthusiastically. I just nod. “You're playing Clash of Clans too?”

Tumingin ako sa kanya. “You know this game?”

“Oo.” napatigil ako ng inagaw niya ito sa mga kamay ko. She putted all my giants tropes and dragons continuously which made me disappointed. Inilahad ko ang aking kamay para sana hingin ito but instead of doing so she  entwined our fingers.

I glanced at my phone, magagawan ko pa ng paraan para mapanalo iyon. Trophies are precious. Her lips touches mine when I was about to get it. Agad akong napalayo sa kanya ng marinig ko ang pamilyar na boses. I grabbed my phone and walked straight to the door hurriedly.

Lubos na pagkakadismaya ang naramdaman ko ng makita siyang paalis. She saw it. Her friends patted her back habang nakapanlumbaba ang likod niya.

Hindi ko na mabilang kung pang-ilang lunok ko na ito. I remained outside and leaned my back on the corridor, ilang minuto lang din ay dumating na nga ang mga kaibigan ko.

“Cafeteria muna tayo, bro, nagugutom na ako eh.” pasya ni Angelo.

“O siya, basta libre mo rin kami.” Dave laughed.

Napakamot ng batok si Angelo bago pumayag.

“That girl is pretty.” Stephen, one of SSG members commented looking at Ellise.

My heart beat fast when our eyes meet.

“Tss.” I looked away. We just choose what we wanted and bought it at bumalik na ng room dahil tumunog na ang bell.

Seeing her from afar is kind of kulang. That is why I made a way para magkalapit pa kami at magkakinlanlanan. August 10,2019. The happiest day of my life. Sinagot na niya ako. Agad kong pinaramdam sa kanya kung ano ang pakiramdam ng may nagmamahal. Hindi siya mahirap mahalin at kay gaan niyang kasama.

Everyday with her, it melted my ice barrier for myself. If only I knew from the start that she is the one for me I definitely didn't waste my time.

Until one day my ex appeared unexpectedly. At first I ignored her way pero kalaunan naging weird ito. Nalaman niya agad sa mga kaklase ko ang relasyon namin ni Ellise kaya nagbago bigla ang trato niya sa akin.

Pinagbantaan niya ako na kapag hindi ko hinihiwalayan si Ellise, she will do something I will be fear about. Alam kong magagawa talaga ni Samantha ang mga sinasabi niya dahil isa sa kinikilalang malaking tao ang ama niya.

“Mamili ka! Ako o si Ellise?” tanong nito sa akin na nakapagkulo ng aking dugo. "Kung si Ellise man ang pipiliin mo tandaan mo ang consequences."

Nagtagis ang bagang ko ng maalala si Ellise. God knows, Ellise is my first one to choose pero sana'y patawarin niya ako hindi ko siya kayang makitang nasasaktan. Alam kong hindi siya kasundo ng mama nito pero kita ko sa mga mata niya ang pagmamahal niya sa kanyang pamilya.

I thought this would never happened in real world. This was too beyond my expectations, destiny really planned for something and I hate it, bakit ganito pa?

Nakipaghiwalay nga ako kay Ellise ng hindi man lang sinabi ang totoong dahilan. Alam kong nabigla ko siya pero hindi ko kayang makita siyang nahihirapan o nasasaktan. The pain will be doubled if I saw her in hurt.

"Patawarin mo ako!" tanging nasabi ko. "Mahal na mahal kita. Alam mo 'yan. Pasensya na at hindi kita ipinaglaban hanggang sa dulo pero kasi iyon na lamang ang paraan para maging maayos ka ngunit hindi ko batid ganito rin pala ang mangyayari sa iyo.”

Nandito ako ngayon sa sementeryo. Its been two years since the day she left me in this world. My lonely life back. I was in awe and been cold towards people. Nawalan na ulit ako ng gana sa aking buhay but I know hindi papayag si Ellise. Nakipaghiwalay man ako sa kanya pero hindi ko siya ipinalit kay Samantha. Ang kasunduan lang ay hiwalayan ko siya.

She is the reason why I learned to love and appreciate things and people. She is irreplaceable here in my heart. She is my happy pill. She is my everything.

“You will always be in my heart, Ellise! You may be gone in my side and sight but always remember that you will be forever in my heart.” I look up the sky and my tears started flowing again. “Those memories we've spent together will be my treasure.”

“Two years had passed yet you're still the one my heart longing for. Thank you for being a sculpture. You engraved your name in my heart which will never be erased. My love for you is infinity!”

A tears dripped.

“Stop thinking you are not enough because you are more than enough, baby. I will never get tired of visiting you here. This will be our new meeting place. I love you always, baby!”

I stood up and a smile crept on my lips seeing her grave. This experience edified me a lot of things and Ellise broad cerebrating and understanding is the reason. I am forever thankful of her short presence.

“Let's choose each other again on the other life!” I whispered.
