Chapter 3

"I think the moving thing is still a bad idea" Danny pulled me into a hug which I returned immediately. "it's not that bad"

Danny sighed and kissed the top of my head "besides you have Steph to focus on now"

"I know I do but you are my sister it's different" I pulled away from the hug and gave him a smile "if I ever need a break from Harry, i'll come straight back"

"I heard that" Harry walked over and wrapped his arm around my shoulder he smiled down at me and kissed my cheek "you ready?" I nodded my head "yeah"

I hugged Danny and Steph one more time before getting into Harry's car. he grabbed my hand as he pulled off the driveway.

"I thought we were going to your apartment" Harry had driven straight past the apartment building.

"I have something to show you" he let go of my hand and leant over to open the glove compartment. he pulled out one of his many bandannas and pulled over.

"What are you doing?"

"Turn around"

"Why?" Harry smiled as he lifted the bandanna up "I need to cover your eyes"

"Why?" Harry rolled his eyes "it's a surprise. now turn around" I sighed but turned around so I was facing the window.

My view was blocked by the bandanna as Harry tied it behind my head. once I had it on he started the car again.

"We're here" I heard Harry shut his door and about a few seconds later the door next to me was opened.

He took my hand and helped me out of the car. "where are we?" Harry placed his arm around my waist as he walked us to God knows where.

"Patience baby"

We walked into a building and immediately the air conditioning hit my body instantly cooling me down from the warm weather.

I heard a beeping noise and recognised it as an elevator opening. he helped me in and finally took the blindfold off.

"What is going on?" Harry pressed a button with a number 10 on it as the doors closed.

"I just have something I would like to show you" he had that stupid smirk on his face. this better be good.

The elevator doors opened and revealed a long hallway. Harry grabbed my hand and dragged me down the hall and stopped at a door with 100c on it.

He took a set of keys out of his pocket and unlocked the door but didn't open it.

"Close your eyes" I rolled my eyes but did as he instructed. I heard the door open and then Harry guided me into the room.

"Okay you can open your eyes" once I opened my eyes I was in shock. the apartment was massive. the decor was black and white but it was amazing and had the breathtaking view of Brooklyn.

"Wh-" I was completely speechless.

Harry wrapped his arms around me from behind and kissed behind my ear "do you like it?" I turned around and wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him in for a kiss "I love it"

Harry smiled wide as he watched me look around the place "but why this?"

"Well I wanted something more us than just me so I went out and found this place"

"This is what you having been doing all week" Harry nodded his head with a proud smile "I wanted to surprise you"

After a couple of hours unpacking some stuff Harry had ordered pizza since we both were to tired to cook.

Now we were lying on the couch with the TV on in the background as we talked.

Harry moved so he was laying down in his back and I immediately moved so I was laid on top of him. he ran his hand up and down my back as I rested my cheek on his chest listening to his heart beat.

"Do you know what is coming up next month?" I lifted my head up as I spoke. Harry smiled wide as he nodded his head "it would be 3 years since I made you mine"

It warms my heart that he remembers the exact date. I thought he would forget but every year he would do something special on that day.

"You told me that you liked me way before then. when did you start to like me"

Harry kissed my forehead before speaking "when you were sixteen. you had just broken up with your boyfriend and I was the only one there so I hugged you until you stopped crying. right at that moment I just knew that you were the one for me"

"Why did it take you 2 years?" I didn't expect him to like me for that long. I thought it might of been a few months but 2 years?

"Because of Danny. he sort of knew that I had feelings for you and told me that you were 'off limits' I spent the 2 years trying to hold in my feelings but I finally cracked that one time and followed you to your room and kissed you"

"And that was why he was so freaked out when he saw us together"

"Yeah and that was why I was going to leave. it would've been so hard to be around you when I love you so I thought leaving would help the feelings go away but then you called me all scared and I couldn't let you go"
