I woke up first around 9AM. While Will was still sleeping, I decided to take a shower.
It wasn't until after the shower that I realized I didn't have ay clean clothes. Crap. If Will and I were going to hang today, I needed GOOD clothes to wear. I wasn't about to wear what he lent me out and about today. And there was no way I was gonna wear my old stuff the entire day. Gross.
After much thought and careful consideration, I decided to sneak out of the bathroom and grab my clothes off of the nightstand. I would have to wear them until I could get changed at my moms house before I hung out with Will.
I quietly opened the door, hugging the towel closer to my body. Slowly, I made my way to Will's bedside.
But, on my journey for the clothing, I stubbed my toe. Bad. On the corner of Will's bed frame. I let out some strained choice words as I limped the rest of the way and snatched my clothes.
I turned around quickly, but something caught my eye. A flash of blue. Oh no. I slowly turned my head back to the direction of the bed. Of course Will was awake. Our eyes locked.
"Well," Will smirked, not breaking eye contact. "This is a first."
"Will," I whispered urgently. I walked backwards, not looking away from his ocean eyes. "Forget you ever saw me."
As I proceeded to back up, my heel slammed into the bed frame again, causing me to release another set of colorful words.
"Smooth, Stell," Will was trying his best not to laugh at my face. I shot him a glare. "Cute towel. Your really rocking it."
Against my own will, I smiled. Then I retreated back into the safety of the bathroom. As I got changed, I thought about Will and I. Were we dating? I mean, ever since he 'broke up' with me after my transplant, I haven't really thought about it until now. It was obvious we both had feelings for each other. We had went on a few dates during our time at St. Grace's Hospital, but we never really went outside on a designated date. And he never asked me to be his girlfriend, so that put us still in the friend category.
Maybe someday, I thought to myself.
I wasn't going to push anything. As mush as I wanted to.

I exited the bathroom. Will was already dressed, and staring at me with a knowing look embedded in his eyes.
" That never happend," I gave him a warning look. "It was just your imagination. We both know how wild that can be. "
"Whatever you say, Princess." Will tossed me a water bottle.
"So," I said, sitting on the corner of the bed. " I need clothes."
"Uh," Will shot me a confused look after he did a quick scan of my body." Aren't you wearing them?"
"Clean clothes, Will," I smoothed down my hair. "I'm going to walk to my mom's house to get changed."
"Why don't I go with you?" Will asked. "We could hang out afterwards. And I could get to see your mom again."
"I mean, if you want too," I replied. "Its not a problem if you don't feel up for it."
Will walked over to the door and held it open. "Of course I want to, Stella. Are you ready?"
