Five Feet Closer- Sequel to Five Feet Apart-

WILL

Stella walked me back, her arm around my waist, to my mom. 

"Will..." My mom pulled me in for a hug. "We'll discuss this later. But go relax for now."

I pulled away, and wandered back over to Stella. "You can go home if you want..."

"Hell no." Stella stated. "I'm not leaving you."

"Oh," My mom cut in. "Will, Stella can spend the night if she wants. Right now, I need coffee."

"Okay, Mom." I cleared my throat. 

My mom nodded and walked away. 

"You should call Jason." Stella said. 

"I'll text him for now. I'm not in the mood for talking." I pulled out my phone and shot Jason a text. 

All good, bro. Stella found me. I'm sorry. We'll talk tomorrow. 

"I texted him as well," Stella linked our arms. "Just to confirm."

"Thanks." I muttered.

"Are you tired?" Stella asked when we got to my room.

"No." I lied. 

"Will," Stella warned. "I know when you are lying."

"Right. And now is not one of those times."

"Sure."

I approached Stella, and flicked my eyes to her lips, asking.

"Will..." Stella placed a finger to my lips. "No."

I bit her finger. Not hard, but in a playful manner.

"Will!" Stella shrieked, laughing. "What the hell!"

"Sorry," I shrugged. "I didn't see your finger there."

Stella clenched my shirt in her fists, and pulled me towards her. I leaned in, and this time she let me kiss her. I trailed my lips along her jawline

"Will..." Stella whispered, stopping me.

"What?" 

"Are you sure? You look tired, and we both just had a day..." Stella looked down. 

"If you don't want too, we wont." I stated. 

Stella nodded. "Its not that I don't want too, but I think that we both need...time."

"Yeah," I replied. "I get it."

I made my way over to the bed, and pulled down the covers. "Come on. We'll just sleep."

Stella hopped up, me close behind. I pushed loose trans of hair out of Stella's face. 

I sighed. "I'm sorry, Stella."

"Your fine, Will." Stella scooted closer to me. "We'll talk later. I just... want to be here with you. Like this."

"No problem, my lady." I breathed.
