Jughead's POV

I woke up in the trailer. It was quiet and empty. Exactly how it's been the passed couple of weeks. I don't know where my dad's been staying, but whatever.

So I had a dream where I kissed Veronica last night. We were at the speakeasy and it just happened. Well, I helped clean it up because Reggie left her hanging to fuck some girl, I don't know. Well we were just talking and then awkward silence came over us and then I kissed her. That's when I woke up. Well not now that was like at eleven last night. I got out of bed and got around.

I started walking to school alone. When I got there I found Veronica standing at her locker. When she noticed me she gestured me to come over to her so I walked over to her. "Yea?" I asked. "Have you seen Betty yet?" I shook my head. "No, why?" "Just I need to talk to her." She said. "Oh. Well I'll see you around." I started walking off. "Wait." She said and pulled me to an empty classroom. "What?" I asked and watched her shut the door. "I need to talk to you about something." She said nervously. I guess I should tell her. "Yea, I do to." "Oh okay. Well you can go first." She said. "No, you said you wanted to say something before I did so you can go firs--" "No, you go first." She insisted. I sighed. "Yea, okay. Well I kept thinking on if I should tell you this or not, but..." I stopped. Okay, I'm backing out. "Tell me what?" She asked. "I don't know. I thought I wanted to say something but, I forgot." She gave me a concerned look, but went on. "Okay? Well I had a dream that Betty and some serpents broke Archie out of prison and it almost felt real." She said. I shook his head. "That's cause it was."

Veronica's POV

My eyes widened. Does that mean that the kiss was real and I just don't remember getting home? "Wait what? I asked. "It wasn't a dream. That was real. Me and Betty arguing and whatever you and Archie were talking about." He chuckled. I nervo
usly laughed. "Why do you say that?" He asked. I shook my head. "No, reason at all it's just that later you told.me that you see Betty and Archie kissing in the bunker." He looked at confused. "No that never happened cause Archie isn't in the bunker." "Wait what? Where is he?" "He's staying at Betty's house. Her mom is staying at the farm now." I nodded. "Oh." I said. "Yea. I'm kinda glad you called me. It would have been weird and annoying if she did. Maybe that's where she is now, at her house with Archie." I nodded agian. "Yea." I sat down and out my hand to my face. "Hey you Okay? You look a little pale." He said walking over to me. I sighed. "Yea I'm... I'm fine." "No, your not you look like your getting ready pass out." I lokwkd at him. "Listen I'm okay." I told him. And that's the last thing I remember, was looking at his face.

Jughead's POV

Veronica started to look a little pale and I got worried. I know we haven't been the best of friends, but I've never seen her like this. "Listen I'm okay." She said. I so close to believing her then she passed out. Fuck. I picked her up and took her to the nurse's office.

An hour later
Veronica's POV

I woke up in the nurse's office. Everything was blurry. When my vision started clearing up I lokekd over and saw Jughead. "Oh your awake." He said looking up at me. "What the hell happened?" I asked and sat up. "You passed out." "Did I?" "Yea. You looked pale and you kept saying you were fine, but then you weren't." He said. "I was worried." He finished. I looked at him. "You were worried about... me?" I asked. "Well yea." I smiled. "That's new." I said. "Shut up." He said. "When did that happen?" I asked. "Since you got that call from that one person we don't know." I sighed. "I forgot about that." It was silent for a bit.

"Hey can I ask you something?" He said. "Sure. What's up?" I asked. "When you were asking me things about last night it was like... you were confused about everything that was correcting you on. Are you okay?" He asked. I looked at my hands then at him. "I don't remember." I said. "What?" "I don't remember a thing last night. I mean I guess I remember what I dreamed about, but other than that I don't remember a thing." I told him. He sighed and stood up. He looked down at me. "If you'd like I can take you home. Maybe if you rest a little, it'll relieve most of your stress and help you remember." I nodded. "Yea okay." He helped me up and then took me home.

When we got there my parents were there to. "Mija, what are you doing home so early?" My mom asked. I lokked at Jughead then to her. "I passed out at school and Jughead offered to take me home so I could rest to get rid of stress." She just smiled. "Well thank you, Jughead. I wouldn't want her to pass out again." He nodded. "Okay. Well I'm gonna go back to school." He said. "Okay." I said and he left. I walked to my room and layed down. "Get some rest." My mom said. "Okay."
