Serpent Tattoo

Veronica's POV

I'm getting around for the day and I'm a little sore, if you know what I'm talking about. "You okay?" Jughead asked. I nodded. "Yea. Yea I'm fine." I told him. "Are you sure?" "Yea, I'm fine. I'm just a little sore." I said truthfully. "Oh. From what?" He asked coming uo behind me, wrapping his arms around me. "What do you think?" I asked. "Oh I'm sorry." He said and started to kiss my neck. I smiled. "Do you think I should get a tattoo?" I asked. "Hmm? What do you mean?" He asked and started kissing my neck again. "I don't know. I was just wondering if I should or not." "Well where would you put it?" He asked. "Probably on my ankle or my upper thigh." I told him. I turned and looked at him face to face. "Would that be a bad thing?" I asked him. "No, it wouldn't be a bad thing. Why would it be a bad thing?" He asked and I shrugged. "I don't know." I said. "Hey I can call my dad and he can give it to you." "You'd really do that?" "Of course. If you want it, you got it." I smiled. "Thank you." I said. "Of course." He leaned in to kiss me, but I stopped him. "There's one more thing." I said. "What?" He asked. "I wanna come out as a couple." I said. "You sure?" "Yes. I've thought about it and I want to." He smiled. "Okay then." He said. I leaned in and kissed him and he kissed back.

"Hey where would you want your tattoo?" He asked me. I shrugged. "Probably on my upper thigh." I told him. "Oh. Maybe we could also get Toni to do it because I have no idea what's going on with my dad." He said. "Okay that's fine." I said.

A few hours later

Me and Jughead went and met up with Toni at the Whyte Wyrm. "Hey guys!" Toni said as we walked in. "Hey Toni." Jughead said. I realized Cheryl and a few other Serpents were there too. "So where are you wanting this thing?" Toni asked me. "On my upper thigh." I told her. "Okay. Come on." She said pulling me to a table and pushing me to sit down.

Just as she was about to get started someone walked into the bar. We all looked over and saw, Fp Jones. "Dad? What are you doing here?" Jughead said turning to look at him. "Well I heard we had a new Serpent and I came to see who it was." He said walking over to me and Toni. "Veronica Lodge." He chuckled. "Never would've guessed you'd become a Serpent." He said. "So have you done the Serpent dance?" I nodded. "Yes." I said. "And you're getting a tattoo. Here, Topaz, move aside let me do this." Toni put her hands up and moved out of the way. "So where are we putting this?" He asked. "On her upper thigh." Toni said. Jughead came over and sat on the table. I looked up at him. He shrugged. Then Fp started.

It didn't hurt as much as I thought it would. It was a slight pinch here and there. Fp got up and walked away. "How was it?" Toni asked. I shrugged. "It wasn't bad." I said. "I knew it wouldn't be." Jughead said. "I didn't even say I was scared was gonna hurt." I said. "I know, butbi knew it wouldn't." I rolled my eyes and looked at Toni. "Your the one dating him!" She said putting her hands up. I smiled. "You wanna go?" Jughead asked me. I looked at him and nodded. "Okay let's go." I stood up and we left.

"Hey you tell are coming to my party tomorrow, right?" Cheryl yelled. I turned back and looked at her. "Yes, we are." I said and pulled Jughead out. "Why are you going?" He asked. "I know parties aren't really your scene, but we need to get out more." I said truthfully. "But we just got together." "But we should stay out with people more." He sighed. "Please go. With me? Please." I said begging like a child. He laughed. "Anything for you princess." He said and I smiled. "Okay."
