I have surprisingly nothing to say sooooooo start reading!************************************************************Harry's POV
I looked at the little girl with a black eye in front of me. It couldn't have been Brianna, she's really nice and caring. But I also don't think Alex would do this to herself.
She couldn't have,
I thought to myself. I kept quiet hoping she would say something else.
She never did, she stopped glaring at me, but wasn't looking at me. I sighed, which caused her to turn around and look at me. I winced when I saw her eye, which was a light purple, may I add.
We just sort of stared at each other not saying a word.
I guess she wasn't used to this when Lucas or Dylan were around. "What...erm caused Brianna... to do... this?" I asked. "She said something about wanting to be the favorite in the family." Alex grumbled.
I furrowed my eyebrows. "Why?" I asked once again.
"I don't know!" She snapped.
I was taken back at her attitude towards Brianna, but not surprised. "How do you feel towards Brianna?" I furrowed my eyebrows once again. This time she sighed. "A girl doesn't need anyone who doesn't need her!"
Is Brianna an attention seeker?
"Yes! I can't believe it took you so long to find out!" She exclaimed. I gave her an odd look. Am I saying what I'm thinking?
"Yes."
I looked down in embarrassment. It looked like Alex was going to say something when Brianna stormed into the room. "You little brat! You better-" she cut herself off when she saw me.
"O-oh hi daddy I was just coming to have a talk with Alex!?" She said quickly. From the corner of my eye I saw Alex flinch when Brianna called me Dad and when she said Alex's name.
"What do you want?!" Alex snapped through gritted teeth. Brianna smirked " I came to talk to you about...how you shouldn't slap people out of the blue!".
This can't be good!
Alex's POV
I felt my anger boil inside of me, but I had to stay calm. Next thing you know I'm probably in the hospital because I got upset.
Brianna wants me to get pushed out of the way, and be left on the bottom of the street.
"So what if I slapped you?! You're the one who used me as a punching bag!" I exclaimed, clearly forgetting Dad was in here. Brianna looked like she would explode, just by me telling her the truth right in front of Dad.
"Oh yeah!? I want proof!" She yelled.
"Proof?! PROOF?!? You gave me a black eye, you can still see the hand print where you slapped me, I have a bruise on my stomach because of you!!" I raged.
Brianna looked defeated, Dad looked broken. I shook my head and started to walk out of the room, when Dad called my name. "Alex, wait! Brianna can you please leave so I can talk to Alex?" He asked. Brianna nodded and glared at me before leaving my room. I walked back and sat on my original spot on my bed. Dad looked hesitant before asking," Can I see the bruise on your stomach?". I froze. It was uncomfortable when I had to show him my scars but this was probably a bit worse to him since someone else caused the damage.
I nodded. I pulled my shirt up a bit until you could see the black and purple bruise.
Dad gasped at the sight, then gave a small smile. "Why is it that I always end up finding these things out?".
"Because you're my dad, and dads need to be curious!" I smiled. He smiled to. I got up and sat on the chair he was sitting on earlier. Dad smiled mischievously. He walked over and sat on my lap.
Only dad, only dad
I thought. I hugged him, and laid my head in his shoulder. I felt my eyes slowly closing, but before I fell into deep sleep I said,
"I love you dad, you're my hero."<><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>A/N Hey guys!!! I know this chapters really short but I promise that I'll try to make the next chapter longer! Ilysm 😘💋❤ wear a smile!!
