"Welcome to Asahina's, gentlemen! What can I get you?" A tanned young woman beamed in an energetic voice.

Her sudden appearance startled the shit out of the android, and he jumped back in surprise. He lost balance of his entire body and came tumbling down from his chair onto the floor.

"Oh my goodness!" Concern filled her voice as she leaned over the countertop to check on the brunet on the ground. "Are you okay? I'm sorry for scaring you!" She apologized profusely.

Nagito quickly got up from his seat to help him up from the floor.

"Don't worry. I'm fine," Hajime reassured the lady, getting back onto his feet. The brunet then sat back onto his chair, and leaned his arms against the wooden counter. The tanned lady let out a relieved sigh, her concerned look replaced with a warm smile as she let out a small chuckle.

"Guess we're off to a weird start," she laughed before extending her hand to the brunet. "I'm Aoi Asahina, though you can call me Aoi or Hina. Nice to meet you!" She said in a friendly voice. Unlike the other people in the area, she was much more friendlier. It was obvious just by her bubbly and energetic voice.

Hajime grabbed her hand and shook it briskly. "I'm Hajime. Hajime Hinata." He made up a fake last name for himself to fool the lady that he was just another human.

"So, what can I get you two?" Aoi then took out a menu from underneath the table and placed it on the counter. "I'd recommend you try my world famous hot chocolate!" She beamed.

Nagito examined all the food listed on the menu. "Uhm, Aoi-san," he said, grabbing the lady's attention.

"What is it, honey?"

Hajime swore he saw his vision flash red for a moment when he heard her say that, but ignored it.

"Erm... We sadly lost our money. So I don't know if we can eat anything here," the albino explained in a timid voice. A sigh left his lips before pushing the menu back to Aoi. "If it's alright, can we stay here for a while? It's cold outside and we don't really have anywhere else to go."

Nagito immediately felt like slapping himself. The way he worded it made him and Hajime sound like they were homeless or something. Point is, it sounded off.

"Ah, forget it," Nagito began to stand up from his seat. "We'll just leave if that isn't okay. Come on, Haji—"

"No, it's fine," Aoi cut him off, and gestured to the albino to sit back down. "Why didn't you say so? I can always make your meal on the house," she simply said.

"Huh?" Was all Nagito could utter. "Wait, are you being serious? You're saying you're completely fine with giving us a free meal?" He asked again to clarify, as if he misheard what the short brunette just said. Aoi nodded in response, crossing her arms.

Surprise was written all over the albino's face.

"I'll cook you up some scrambled eggs if you can't decided on anything," Aoi said to him. "On the house as I've said before." She then turned around and was about to head back into the kitchen when another girl with unkept purple hair stumbled out in a clumsy fashion and falling into the brunette's arms.

She mumbled apologies to her profusely as she got back up onto her feet. "S-Sorry for bumping into you!" The purple head stammered. She then turned and noticed the two other men seated at the counter. "A-Ah! I didn't notice you two! I-I'm so sorry."
