By the end of the week you were done. With school, with people, with everything. All you wanted was to cuddle into your bed, take a long nap and avoid all human interaction.

With Homecoming week and the big game happening later in the evening everyone had been extremely obnoxious. More than usual. Your social battery was wearing out and you majorly wanted a break.

But of course that wasn't what you were going to get. As you made your way out of the school you found Tony surrounded by his friends all discussing plans for the Homecoming game that night and after party plans.

"Hey y/n, you should come!" Sam said nudging you once you got to the group.

You let out a low groan, "I think I'm good."

"Oh come on! It'll be fun!" Clint butted in.

"No, I really don't want to go."

"Don't be a party pooper," Bucky said, "Besides your boy will be there."

"Okay, now I'm for sure not going."

"Hey, I was joking."

"Don't care. Still not going."

"You're not going to come support us?" Sam said nudging you once again.

"Yeah, what about supporting your team?" Bucky said referring to him, Sam, Steve, T'Challa and Thor who were all on the football team.

"Yeah, definitely not."

Tony finally made his way out of the group and the two of you began walking to the parking lot.

"You're coming tonight."

"No," you said sternly.

"Um, yes you are. I already told people you'd be there."

"Tony, I'm really not in the mood to go and suffer through a football game."

"It won't be that bad. You're just being dramatic," Tony said unlocking the car.

"No, I'm being completely rational."

"Alright fine, you can stay home."

"Thank you!" you breathed out, getting into the car.

The second you got home you were throwing off your backpack and face planting into your pillow. You couldn't wait to enjoy a blissful weekend of doing nothing. You took in a deep breath and cuddled into your blankets.

It felt as if only seconds passed before your door was flying open and Tony was barging into your room.

"What do you want?" you groaned from your pillow.

"Come on, get up."

"No, I told you I'm not going to that stupid game."

"We're not going to the game, we're going to um...get food?"

"You're lying."

"Well I'll get you food if you come to the game."

You sat up, "Hmm, let me think for a moment."

You really didn't want to go. But the thought of some chicken nuggets and fresh fries sounded amazing.

"Okay fine. But you have to get me my food first."

"Deal."

And so you were now up and going, about to go to your first ever high school football game. As long as you got some chicken nuggets you didn't give a shit where you went.
