Twelve

On Halloween morning you woke up just a little more excited for school than usual. Getting out of bed you made your way to the bathroom to start getting ready. But your Snark Ass brother was already locked inside.

So being the mature little sibling you were you began banging on the door telling him to hurry. He flung the door open to reveal himself gelling his hair back with a comb.

"A little busy here."

You rolled your eyes and shoved your way into the bathroom. Grabbing your toothbrush you snorted at Tony's concentrated look in the mirror.

"What are you being again? A dumb ass?"

"Ha. Ha. Very funny. I am in fact, being a greaser."

"Hm. You look more like a dumb ass to me," you retorted with the toothbrush now in your mouth.

"I think the dumb ass is the one in the mirror," he tilted his head toward your reflection then left the bathroom.

You looked at your reflection then nodded, "You're not wrong."

You finished doing what you needed then headed back to your room to get dressed. As you came into the kitchen you saw Tony in his costume. He had a white T-shirt on tucked into his pants and a leather jacket hanging on his shoulder.

When he heard you come into the room he turned to look at you, "And what is your costume?"

You held out your arms to show the attached wings to your shirt, "I'm a bat."

"Look more like a dumb ass to me."

You held back your eye roll and maneuvered your way through the kitchen to get yourself some food. Before you knew it you and Tony were heading out of the house.

Once in the car and out of the driveway Tony turned up the radio and began blasting Raise A Little Hell. He flipped on his sunglasses then began cruising toward the school.

Pulling into the parking lot you couldn't keep a smile off of your face. Seeing all of your peers in costumes was always something that made you very happy. Before you even got out of the car you spotted Hope in a bee onesie and who you assumed was Scott dressed as a ghost.

Getting out of the car you pulled on your backpack and made your way to your locker. Before getting there you found Shuri who was dressed as Princess Leia. Her hair was twisted into two buns and she wore a long white dress. You didn't notice her until she hit your butt with her plastic lightsaber.

You jumped around, ready to yell until you saw her laughing.

"Oh my god, I thought you were some perv. I almost hit you!"

She laughed and hit your butt again.

"You do that again and I'm going to snap your little stick in half."

She turned the light of the toy on, "Try me-wait are you even dressed up?"

You pointed to the headband on your head then held out your arms to once again show your wings, "I'm a bat!"

She stood up from her fighting stance, "Oh, that's cute. For a second I though you were some lame cat. Like T'Challa. Dumb dumb forgot he needed a costume until last night so he's dressed as a cat."

You snickered, "Well, he didn't have to dress up."

"Well I guess you only get to go to the Halloween party if you have a costume-HEY PARKER!"

You looked where Shuri was to find Peter who also had a plastic lightsaber in his hand. When he turned to find who yelled at him you got a full view of his Luke Skywalker costume.
