The night of New Year's Eve your parents were throwing a fancy party. They had all of their fancy friends coming and you wanted no part of it. You planned to hide in your room all night until Tony came and changed that.

Tony invited himself into your room and quietly shut the door behind him, "Wanna sneak out of here?"

You sat up from your bed, eyebrows shooting up in surprise, "What?"

"Okay, good. Get ready. Wear something warm. That means, coat, gloves, all that jazz. I'll be back in like twenty minutes then we can go."

"Wait! What is happening? What are we doin-?"

But he shut the door on your face. Leaving you to wonder what the hell was happening. You stared at your door in confusion. Eventually, you got up and did as Tony told you. You put on a thick pair of sock, boots, grabbed your coat and hid your hair in a snug beanie.

Sitting back on your bed you opened your messages to see if any plans had been made. There was nothing. You literally had no idea what you were about to go do. Or why you had to sneak out to do so.

Oh god. Was Tony planning to do something illegal?

Right as that thought popped into your head the door flew open. Tony beckoned for you to follow and you did. He brought you to his room.

"Um, what exactly are we doing?" you asked, your voice trembling.

"Nothing bad if that's what you're wondering. C'mon, out the window we go."

"Why are we going out the window?! I'm sure mom and dad wouldn't mind if we left. In fact, they'd probably love it if we did!"

Tony shrugged, "This is more fun. And I think it's funny to watch you stress over what I do."

You punched his shoulder causing him to yell in pain.

"Okay! Sorry! Just watch what I do and follow me down. It's not that hard."

So you did.

Tony stealthily stuck his legs out the window and placed his feet on the roof. From there he casually walked down the roof and disappeared into the darkness. Leaving you wondering where he went.

"Okay. I can do this," you murmured to yourself. "Easy peasy."

Clutching on to one side of the window, you slowly placed one leg out the window. Then you did the same with the other. Placing your feet onto the slanted roof you took your hands off the window and almost face planted before catching your balance.

After closing Tony's window you put one foot in front of the other but decided it wouldn't be wise to attempt walking down the slope. So instead you slowly and cautiously scoot your butt down the roof, almost taking some shingles down with you. But eventually, you made it to the edge.

"Now what?" you asked, standing up to try and find Tony.

"Jump!" Tony shouted from below you, causing your heart to jump.

"What?! No!"

"Just do it! You'll land in the snow. It's really not that far of a jump."

"Nope. I think I'll just stay here. Have fun with whatever you're doing."

"Y/n! Just jump. It'll be worth it, I promise. And it'll be way better than staying at a party full of rich snobs."

"You're a rich snob!"

"Okay. You got me there." he said pointing at you. "But as the wise Shia Labeouf once said, just do it!"

You scrunched your eyes closed. You really didn't want to stay home, but was jumping off the roof really worth avoiding your parent's friends? Yeah, it probably was. Opening your eyes you decided, it would be stupid to jump, but there was no way you were staying home.
