Chapter 13

Hea PV

As soon as I leave the Countess's room, after combing her;
I find myself in front of Earl Yeosang with Wooyoung, that don't even notice my presence.
And I head straight into the kitchens, knowing that I will find my best friend.

"I heard about Kiki, how is she?"
She asks me as we walk in the garden.
"She just took a big scare, she'll be better soon..But I wanted to ask you something Lucilla"
I tell her and she takes my arm and nods.
"Yesterday Hyunae told me you had to tell me something ...About Earl Yeosang"
"You have to promise me you won't tell anyone Hea"
She tells me, stopping to walk;
And I nod worried.
"It all started with his way of being nice to me, and I fell in love with him with time. He said he loved me and I believed it ...I was happy Hea"
She start to say, walking again.
