Adrien pulled away from Marinette, missing the warmth her lips gave his, as he looked at the female that ran through the door.

Fuck.

Adrien regretted life right then and there,

"Oh, hi....Chloé." Marinette had her face scrunched together as she let herself turn without cursing out the blondie that ruined her make out session with Adrien.

Marinette pulled a fake smile,

"Hi, Chloé." Marinette mentally gagged at how friendly she sounded towards the girl that bullied her since she was only in kindergarten. Chloé furiously stomped over to the ravenette, poking her in the chest,

"Don't you say hi to me, Dupain-Cheng," Marinette rolled her eyes, glad she wasn't facing Adrien anymore so he couldn't see her do so, but the blonde did the exact same thing.

"What do you think you are doing kissing all up on my, Adrikins?!" Adrien crossed his arms, cringing from what the blondie said, and from the sharp pain that hit his rib,

"I'm not yours, Chloé. I don't belong to anybody." Marinette glanced back at him.

Not yet, At least.

Chloé scoffed,

"You've always been mine, Adrien. I didn't think you had any interest for trash, anyways."

"Marinette is not trash, Chloé."

"Yet, that's what I smell everyday when I walk into the classroom." Adrien was angry. There was no way in hell Chloé was going to talk shit about Marinette like that. Not in front of his face.

"I'm so done." Marinette stomped towards the door, almost all the way out, when Adrien snapped out of his trance of curse words that he wished he could say to Chloé, but they wouldn't change anything, and let his eyes go to Marinette,

"Where are you going?!" Marinette stopped in her steps, not turning around,

"I'm leaving." She said sharply. Adrien quickly pulled the blanket from over his lower half, clutching his side in pain as he tossed his legs over the edge of the bed. He got up, limping his way over to the ravenette, who turned around before he could place a hand on her waist,

"Adrien. What are you doing? Get back in the bed. You're hurt." Adrien shook his head,

"I'm not getting back into the bed until you tell me where you're going." Marinette glanced behind him at Chloé,

"I'm going home." Chloé rolled her eyes at the ravenette, not giving a damn to where she was going, as long as she was away from Adrien,

"Uhhh, no one asked." Adrien turned to look back at the blondie,

"Actually, I did, Chloé. So shut the fuck up, and mind your own goddamn business." That shut Chloé up real good.

"Please, Marinette. Please, stay." Marinette couldn't. She knew she couldn't. Not because it'd drive her crazy if she had to stand another minute in this recovery room with Chloé, but trying to stay in a recovery room with him of all people, was going to drive her insane the most.

"I cant, Adrien." Adrien glanced back at Chloé who was on her phone, chewing on some bubble gum.

"If it's because of-" he tilted his head back at Chloé "-then I'll get the doctors to make her leave. I don't want you to go. All I'm asking of you is can you please stay this one night with me? Then.....I'll let you go...." Marinette didn't know what to say. She glanced outside the window, not even noticing the sun going down, leaving a bright yellowish-reddish tan through the sky, as the horizon was a bright orange, turning into a light purple. She was lost for words. She knew that if she stayed, it'd be awkward, and she'd have to deal with Chloé's bullshit until she leaves, but if she goes, she could always try and wake up early to see the blonde right away. Her parents may agree, but they might set some ground rules, even though Marinette knows she'd never do anything like that with the blonde....or would she?
