My Alien Princess

Chapter 2

I woke up at the smell of something burning my eyes widen rushing to get out of bed running out of my room and downstairs. The smoke came from the kitchen I panted as I saw Star Fire trying to cook something like eggs I could tell that it was because of the eggshells on the floor she screaming freaking out, I sighed walking towards her rubbing my face ", Um Star fire what are you doing?" I asked her a bit annoyed that I will have to get a new pan because the other one she was had burnt you she could the pan it was a huge hole in it she could tell the annoyance in my voice and looked down at the floor "I-I'm sorry I was trying to m-make you the breakfast f-for welcoming me into your h-home because no one h-has ever done that f-for me t-the before" She said in a shaking and quiet  voice I sigh softly feeling bad for how I sounded "I'm sorry it's been a stressful weak I didn't mean to take it out on you how about we go to the store and buy some more stuff?" She nods her head and I smile going to go get ready for the day of shopping and being, with Star Fire.

Time skip to 8 hours

We finally arrived home Victor came over to fix my car and I introduced him to Star Fire they hit it off pretty good he made her laugh, with his humor and jokes so she felt calm around him and I'm glad he did make her feel comfortable since he is my only friend I  talk to. I cooked us some breakfast for us I had brought her some more clothes and girl products as, well to make sure she had everything she needed I taught her how to use the stuff as well and I taught her how to cook. Thankfully she understood how to cook when I'm not home because I work at a office and sometimes I get home late from work because of meetings. So I thought teaching her how to order food would help as well she is slowly learning though she messed up a few times in the kitchen dropping food and dishes I didn't get mad at her like I did early I should apologize to her for being a jerk to her just because I had a crappy week does not mean I had to be a jerk to her. Starfire was in the living room watching some girly show so I thought it would be perfect to do it I walked up to Star Fire sitting next to her ". What are you watching?" I asked trying to understand what she was watching, "Oh I am not sure I saw it and wanted to see what it was about we do not have tv shows on my planet" she tells me and I nod my head because she never told me where she was from and I didn't ask but I would eventually. "Um Starfire I wanted to apologize for being a jerk to you when you tried to cook for me I didn't mean to yell at you I was having a bad day but it doesn't give me the right to treat you like that and I'm sorry". I looked at her as she blinked looking at me before smiling at me ". Thank you I know it has not been easy living with me thank you for being patient with me I hope one day I can pay you back for the kindness you have given me" She hugs me then I smile hugging her back "No problem Star Fire" It will take a while for us both to get used to one another but I think we can do it no matter how different the both of us are.
