Chapter 4

I groaned as the sun sits my face I have an hangover from last night getting up slowly, I get up going straight to the bathroom towards the sink looking at myself. In the mirror my eyes are bloodshot and my head is pounding due to having a hangover drinking wasn't the smartest idea ever since I have a meeting today we were going over that would make working there better with better equipment for our offices why, Bruce decided to finally do this I have no idea but I had to just suck it up and get throw it I opened up the medicine cabinet grabbing the painkillers I have in there in case of a hangover. I popped two in my mouth drinking some water from the sink turning on the shower stripping down getting into the shower as the warm water went down my body I closed my eyes, sighing heavily I start scrubbing my body, face, and hair I don't even know what time it is all I know I hope I'm not late I've never been in my life of working and I do not want to start today I'm 26 years old I should be able to handle a broken heart but I guess it doesn't matter what age you are, you still get your heart smash into a billion pieces by someone who thought loved you. I got out of the shower drying off getting dressed combing my hair then making it neat as I could leaving the bathroom after making sure I didn't give off a hangover vibe I went downstairs smelling something good it was StarFire setting the table it was full of potatoes, eggs, bacon, sausages and pancakes I almost forgot she was staying here I walked into the kitchen sitting down she saw me giving me a little smile and a cup of coffee ", Wow StarFire you made all of this?" I asked my voice sounding a bit surprised by the fact that she had cooked all of this without making a mess she had improved of her cooking since she had been here she looked up cooking videos on YouTube and learned how to herself she smiles nodding her head "I looked up the hangover cure and saw all of this so I decided to cook to help you get over it" I nodded my head it had been awhile since I had someone to cook for me.  I normally just fix myself a piece of toast and leave I sat down admiring the food that was in front of me I picked up a fork started to eat my eyes widen with how good everything tasted I ate everything not leaving anything on my plate I took a last sip of my coffee, looking at Starfire I thanked her for the breakfast I was about to leave until she gave me a brown paper bag smiling at me "Here is some lunch for you I also have some dessert for you see you after work!!!" I looked at her blinking this girl was amazing I nodded my head before leaving for work maybe having someone there for me wouldn't be so bad after all.
