wow this is crazy, James Archwood is Auroras biological dad. i would have never even have guess it would be him. but hearing the story about his wife. it's heart braking. and i am truly hoping that Aurora doesn't end up blaming her self for what happened.

"wow who knew James Archwood would end up being an in law." dad joked.

i didn't reply, as the door to my office opened and the two of them walked out both with tear stained cheeks and a big smile. which made me happy.

"So son, we should talk business" James says.

"alright" i hope he wasn't about to give me a big speech on heart my daughter and i will kill you. but i would understand if he did.

"so since you will be involved with my daughter for a long time. and i have no one to take over my empire. if you want it and feel your up for the task it's yours" James made a shocking remark.

"i um i don't know what to say." i truly didn't i was shocked.

"we can talk over the detail later. but i trust you. i have watched you grow up and you are a fine young man. with good business skills." he tells me.

"wow um thank you" was all i could say.

dad placed a hand on my shoulder and i knew he was smiling. i knew that this would be amazing for Miller Enterprise. but it would be a lot of work. but i knew i would be up for the task.

"well who would have though James and i would share grand children" dad patted James on the back.

"oh i know, i bet your Rosemary is just thrilled" James chuckled.

"she is she's been shopping up a storm." dad was correct. mom is going all out it's crazy.

"well i can only imagine" james laughed with dad.

"well i best be going, we can talk later" James says.

i nodded at him "i will follow you out" dad says.

"so now that's all out of the way can we talk?" aurora says.

"sure" i smiled and pulled her into my office.

i sat down in my chair and pulled her on to my lap much to her protest.

"so what did you want to talk about?" i questioned.

"well i have been doing a lot of thinking about a couple things. but the first thing is that i am so great full for your offer about school." she says.

"good i am glad, so does this mean you are taking up my offer?" i really hoped she said yes.

"i am yes" she smiled.

"good i can help you pick out good schools, are you thinking online? or do you actually want to go into the class rooms?" i wanted to know what she wanted.

"online for sure, it will be easier that way once the little munchkins arrive" she says.

"alright sounds like a plan, and what's the other things you have been thinking about?" i was curious.

"well it's about you and me" and started.

"okay?" i raised and eyebrow.

"and how i don't think i want to be just friends with you anymore." she looked at me.

"wait wait are you saying what i thinking your saying?" i was really hoping that this is where it's going.

"well if your thinking about how i want you to ask me out on a date and more. then yes we are thinking the same thing."she smiled.

so i did the only thing i could think of in this moment, and something i have been wanting to so for a while. i pulled her in for a kiss. i forgot how soft her lips felt, and i swear i could feel sparks pass between us. i don't think i have ever felt like this before.

i pulled away first and i knew i had a huge grin on my face. but so did she so it was all okay.

" that was nice" her voice was light.

"it was quite nice" i pulled her in for another kiss.

i  swear her lips are so addictive, i don't ever want to stop kissing her. but i knew i had to eventually.

"so Aurora Jones my Sleeping Beauty, will you do me the fine honour of letting me take you out on a date?" i was hopeful she would say yes.

"yes i would be delighted." she agreed with a smile.

"good, how about we go get some food. i am starving what about you four?" i asked.

"we could eat." she chuckled.

so i help her off my lap, then we made our way out of the office to go get some food.
