~Y/n's POV~

Instead of translating the whole thing, I'm just going to translate the part I need.

Because here we want to work smarter not harder.

I flipped to the page in the Nether book that I needed to read and started on it.

Each symbol I had to look back because I didn't want to translate it wrong.

"Uh, Travis?" I asked turning my head toward him but I didn't look at him.

"Yes?" He responded tearing his eyes away from the book he was engrossed in.

"Does this sound right?" I grabbed my paper and started to read what I had gotten translated. "Behind this bookshelf there are cows that assist in answering all questions."

"Cows? Hold up." Travis got out of his seat and leaned in to look at the books.

"Yeah, I didn't think it sounded right either but you know, it could be some demon thing or something," I shrugged.

"I think it's supposed to be secrets."

"I suppose . . ." I trailed off. "It makes more sense than cows."

Travis laughed, "Imagine cows just hanging out behind a bookshelf, waiting for someone to ask them questions."

"That would be weird."

Travis sat back down and picked up his book again.

"Also," I started.

Travis looked at me.

"The way this is said . . . it doesn't sound as cryptic as I thought it would be."

"Maybe they aren't as good with words," Travis suggested.

"Probably, I'm not the best with words either."

~Twenty Minutes Later~

"I'm finished," I stated.

"That took longer than it should have. You were only translating one page."

"What? I only took so long to make sure I didn't translate anything wrong!" I exclaimed.

"Okay, okay. We should head out now."

Travis put the book back and I shrunk the Nether book and stuck in my pocket.

We left the library and started walking back to out street.

"What do we do now?" Travis asked.

"Right now, I'm not sure. Later for me, I plan my next trip to the Nether," I said staring at the clouds.

"Wait, you're going alone?"

"Yeah, I feel like I need to do this alone."

"But it's dangerous."

"I understand, but I feel like this is super important for me to find."

"Well, okay. If it's this important for you to find on your own, I won't go."

"You weren't going anyway."

~Back At Mystreet~

"Thanks for going with me Travis," I smiled.

"No problem," he responded.

"I better get home, Lucinda is probably wondering what's taking me so long."

"Yeah, Lucinda can be scary at times."

I waved at Travis and entered Lucinda's house.

"Yo," I greeted after I walked in.

"Welcome back. That took a while," she said back.

"Yeah, I wanted to make sure I didn't translate anything wrong."

She nodded and grabbed her bag.

Only now did I notice she was a little dressed up.

"Where are you going?" I questioned.

"On a date," she said while looking for something.

"With who?"

"Laurance."

I gasped, "Really?"

"Yes, don't act so shocked," she jokingly hit my arm.

"Sorry, I didn't know you were capable of getting a date."

She smacked me, "That was mean! Did you forget I had a boyfriend in highschool?"

"I did not forget. He was bad news anyway so I don't count him."

There was a knock on the door.

"I'll get it," I said.

I walked over to the door and opened it.

"Laurance," I greeted with a monotone voice.

"Hi Y/n," Laurance greeted.

"Lucinda!" I shouted.

She walked over, "Hi Laurance."

I started to push her out the door along with Laurance.

"Have fun," I said and slammed the door.

"What was that about," Laurance asked Lucinda.

"I'm not sure."

~In Your Room~

The reason I shoved them out was because I was starting to get a headache. I have no idea from what, I just needed quiet. I started to walk to my bed.

Hide

What?

A sudden burst of light came out of nowhere in my room.

I fell back but quickly hid underneath my bed.

A portal appeared after the light and three people came out.

Oh crap.
