Chapter 12 Back To The Good Times Before We Developed Our Criminal Minds
Flashback!
Josh ran up to us his normal grin on his face wider than usual.
"You'll never guess what just happened," Josh said out of breath from running down the halls I presume.
"You know we were having a conversation," Sky said annoyed.
"This is more important," Josh replied eagerness and joy overflowing from him.
I laughed at his anxiousness "What is it?" I questioned.
"Ok, so I was in the lab doing some research--" he started.
"Ok, can we make this any quicker," Sky interrupted.
"Fine," Josh sighed in defeat "anyway I got a message on my phone saying that they are adding a new pizza topping on the school's lunch menu!"
"You're kidding me right?" Skylar asked.
"That's what you came running down the hall to tell us about?" I asked.
"Nah, I was just bored and saw you guys," he responded shrugging his shoulders.
"Well it's almost lunch anyway. Shall we go?" I asked and both Josh and Sky nodded at the sound of eating.
Once we reached the cafeteria Xavier, Derek, and Daniel were already there as usual and eventually Blake, Skylar's boyfriend since freshman year which would make this year two in their relationship showed up. Since Blake's known us for so long we decided that we'd let him in on our little secret, C.2.R. He's the only one any of us have ever told and he supports it whole heartily. To think that we could be chosen this year absolutely blows my mind and at the same time scares me. I mean C.2.R has helped me build up my confidence but not 100% yet.
"You're such an idiot," Derek blurted.
"Well at least I can put my shirt on the right way," Daniel yelled back causing us all to laugh.
"I guess we all know where you were 3rd period now," Xavier said and we all busted into fits of laughter.
"Don't be jealous that she left you for me Xavier," Derek replied with a smirk and we all said in unison.
"Oh, Burn!"
This is just how we are and what we do, we've all at some point let other people stomp on us, use us but C.2.R is changing that, is changing us and that's all any of us ever wanted. People there who care, to stand up to those who mistreated us, and to just have Courage, Confidence, and Respect.
Whoa I know right another update. Truth is this chapter was supposed to be updated a long time ago and just got forgotten I guess you can say. Anyway HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! May you eat candy and scream till your heart is content. This chapter was really just to show you what Josh was like before all the mess started and really just how their friendship was.

Oh, and before I forget this chapter is dedicated to @swag_bandit who is one of my best friends and I figured since this chapter was about friendship that it fit so...yeah shout out to him.
