"Are we seriously going to put this many pictures up in here?" I asked. "There's, like, thirty-something of them here and they're not even born yet."

It's taken me two days to finish putting the pictures in the frames. Well, more like four or so hours split up by sleep.

"That's when the sorting begins." Shade grinned. "And there's around forty of them, actually. You get to sort out which ones you want to put up in this room on which ones we put somewhere else."

"Ahh," I hummed. "So I get to do the decorating, basically."

"If you want to call it that," he responded with a shrug. "Sure."

Hmm.

The first sonogram, definitely being put up in here.

A new family photo with tiffany, yes.

A picture of Shade and me, yeah.

Is this picture of when we first bought the house? Maybe we could put this in the hallway or something.

"Rach?" Shade asked. "Are you alright?"

"Ye-yeah." I uttered.

I quickly got up from the bed and walked into the restroom.

I kneeled in front of the toilet and threw up into it.

"Rachal?" Shade gasped, hurrying into the restroom.

He held my hair into a ponytail and kept it out of my face as I continued to throw up.

"You alright?" Shade wondered worriedly when I stopped puking.

"Ugh, yeah," I groaned. "I guess the morning sickness hasn't, erm, it's just become much more... sparse, I guess."

I guess it hasn't ended.

"I thought-" he started to say.

"I've read that it's different for every pregnancy." I sighed, starting to stand up. "It must be that my morning sickness isn't quite over yet."

Shade immediately moved to help me up.

"I need to brush my teeth." I sighed. "I'll be right back."

         "Rachel..." Shade trailed off.

"Shade..." I mimicked teasingly.

"Are you, are you sure you're okay?" he asked.

"Yeah." I yawned. "I'm sure."

He placed his hand on my forehead.

"What are you doing?" I questioned.

"You're burning up." he murmured.

"Am I?" I hummed.

Shade nodded.

"I'll just sleep it off then," I said. "If it's not gone by the time I wake up, then you can worry."

"Are you sure we shouldn't just go to the hospital now?" he suggested.

"Yes, Shade." I sighed. "It will be fine. We went yesterday and they said I was just fine."

Everyone getting overly worried about the smallest things is really starting to get on my nerves.

"I'm going to go take a nap now." I tugged Shade down to my height and kissed his cheek. "I'll be just fine and they'll be just fine. I promise."

        "See," I grinned. "All better."

"You, er, yeah." he sighed.

Dork.

Shade cupped my cheeks with his hands and placed his forehead against mine while staring into my eyes.

"I can feel you insulting me," he whispered.

"You can't feel thoughts." I giggled.

"Aha," he murmured. "So you admit it. You were insulting me inside that genius head of yours."

"Nah," I mused. "I didn't say that."

Dork.

"It's written all over your face." Shade pouted. "You're doing it again."

I laughed.

"Dork," I whispered. "You are such a dork."

He lifted an eyebrow at me. "Am I now?"

"Yup." I grinned. "You definitely are. There is no doubt about it."

Shade hummed in response before kissing me.
