She ran away from the world
Looking for piece of mind
Hoping for a paradise
Longing for acceptance
She ran away from them
Because she got tired of the pain
And she didn't understand why
The people were all so sad
She ran away from her dreams
From the fear and the "what if"s
Towards an empty life
That she wish she knew how to fill
She ran away from herself
All of those insecurities and sadness
Although she soon discovered
That herself was all she had left
