Knock, knock.

'Yes.' I say.

Someone opens the door and I see that it is my husband with a girl.

'Good evening.' says the girl.

'Good...' I start but my husband comes to me. He is so close to me.

'I am...' I am trying to say something.

His finger touches my lips and I am shivering. He kisses my lips. I stay like ice. He stops the kiss and pulls away.

'You do not have to explain anything.' he says.

'This is your new maid.' he continues.

'Thank you. But I can do it alone...' I say, but it is actually lying. I need someone. SOMEONE!

'I decide about maids now.' he says.

I look at him. I lean my head down and stare at the carpet.

' Her name is Elle. Be good at her.' he says and points at the girl who was greeting me when they came into my room.

'Hi, I am Lea.' I say.

'Good evening, miss.' she says.

'I thought that your name is Leonora?' he asks.

'Yes, but I like only Lea.' I say.

'Elle, help Leonora to bed.' he says.

'Yes, sir.' she answers.

'Thank you.' he says. She smiles.

His hands lean forward and touch my cheek.

'Tomorrow will be hard. So have a good sleep, Leonora.' he says and kisses me again.

'Okay, I am going to.' I say.

'Goodnight.' he says and leaves.

Why did he kiss me twice? I am not sure about him. How he is actually?

'Miss, are you alright? 'Elle asks me.

'Yes, why not?' I say.

'You looked sad, miss.' she says.

'No, I am not.' I say.

'You can tell me the truth, Miss. I am not going to tell Sir.' she says.

'I am sad. I do not want to marry.' I say.

'So why did you agree with Sir, Miss?' she says.

'For my people.' I say.

'I did not hear you, Miss.' she says.

'I did it for my people!' I say.

'I am weak to be the ruler of Micao. And I do not want Micao to be in bad hands or in war.' I say.

'You are kind, Miss.' she says.

'I am not.' I say.

I sit at the bed.

I remember something.

Past before a week:

'Leonora!' someone called me.

'Yes, I am here.' I said.

'Finally.' he said upset.

'Dad, you know that every time I am sad I am here.' I said.
