"Finally," I said standing up.
"You were bored?" Cicily asked. Cicily was my super-smart freshman friend. We're in the same math class because I'm so horrible at it.
"So bored!" I groan, leaning my head back as we walked down the hallway. She was also super good at basketball, and after school, while Tessa went to drama club, we practiced on the school court outside.
"That chemistry project is killing me."
"What chemistry project?" Cicily asks.
"A partner one."
"Oh." She nods, knowing the pain and horror of partner projects. I frown.
"I have to meet with my partner tonight."
"Where are you meeting?"
"His house."
"Why his?"
"That way, he can't ditch me."
"Smart!"
"I know." I smile. I am a genius. "You know what we should do?"
"What?"
"Embarrass Tessa at drama club."
"That would be so fun! What would we do?"
"Just walk in and sit by Tessa and tease her."
"Or we could be totally weird around her."
I stop and pretend to think. "Both. Both is good. Let's go."Word Count //162 Words\\
